I've had enough of this store. I was told that there was an "insurance problem" and they would call me when it was ready. Nothing. (3 or 4 days so far) This is the 2nd time this happened and it wasn't an insurance problem it was a Walgreens problem. I was going to call them this morning. But before I could I get an automated call saying this location is temporarily closed and quickly gave me a number to call. No idea what the number is. It was said once and quickly. They "said" they would call me when they opened. Yeah, I'll bet. Anytime I've called it's always "there are over 3 calls ahead of you" Like an idiot, I waited one time. Someone picked up the phone after 15 minutes then cut me off. I'm done. There is always a problem it seems. read more

I would give zero stars but it wasn't an option. My husband is really sick and the dr called in his meds around 10:30 am. We went to the store and waited in the drive thru at 2:10. When we finally got to the front of the line we were told the RXs weren't ready and would be about 20 minutes. It is now 4:55pm and they're still not ready. This is typical at this location. Go to a family owned pharmacy, you'll get much better service & even delivery. Our regular one is closed today or we would have totally skipped this fiasco. Still wasn't filled at Walgreens and it's 4/46 pm the next day, over 24 hours. I called the clinic and had them transfer the prescription to.Catoosa Family Pharmacy a little after 2 today and they're already ready AND are being delivered!! This is yet another solid Walgreens location. It's in a rougher part of Tulsa and draws a very diverse crowd, especially late at night. This spot is open 24/7 and the pharmacy inside is also staffed 24/7. I enjoy this location because there is a pharmacist on duty 24/7 and is available for questions throughout the night. As is with any overnight spot you don't always get the best help, but considering what the overnight staff deals with, it's usually understandable. The overall store appearance is okay. It's not crazy over the top brand new looking but it's usually clean and in working order. The bathrooms are kept locked and you need assistance to get in and my wife said it's a little sketchy and not always clean in there. At the end of the day you can stop in here and get what you need just don't expect to be wowed. That's not awesome but if you can get what you need and get out quickly that's a win for me! read more

Slowest Pharmacy I've ever seen. Need a whole new staff! You're better off driving across town for how long they take.

I have been using this location for over 20 years. I have always had a great experience here. I was sad when they were no longer opened 24-hours but due to some incidents in that area I understand why they are not any more. They still have pretty convenient hours and like anywhere in Tulsa at night you have to be careful. read more

My whole family had been using Walgreens for 29 years, ever since they bought out Drug Warehouse. They transferred from the old Drug Warehouse to Walgreens at 31st and Harvard but later we started using the one at 4th Place and Sheridan since it was closer to where we lived.  Anyway, they had great hours even though they were not a 24hr store.   We loved the staff.  Well, a couple or three months ago they closed that store so we started going to the store at 11th and Garnett.  But now they have reduced their hours so they are not even open on the weekends and they close early at 6 pm on the weekdays. Not convenient!  Unfortunately, it hadn't been too long and I forgot they were not open on weekend. My mom had an urgent need today a Sat.  I was at work but as soon as I could I left and went home and got her and took her to the ST. John's Urgent Care. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic.  So I sent it to the 11th St. and Garnet Store. We got there my feeble mother got out too and I helped her in. I went in and noticed the pharmacy was closed. The staff then said I could just go to another store and suggested 31st and Garnett. So we go over there and again I help her out of the vehicle and into the store. by this time it was about 5:40.  So I went to the pick up line and when I got up there the woman couldn't find it. I explained what had happened and she said that since the other store was already closed when the prescription was called in no one was there to enter it into the computer and so they couldn't see it. So there was no way I could get it at any pharmacy.  So I called the clinic back but by the time they got it called over to the pharmacy,  the pharmacy closed. And they would not fill it even though they were still there. Then they tried to send me to another store which they would not be able to do anything either because they had not entered the information into the computer. So my mom who had a huge abscess has to wait until Monday to get her prescription to heal the abscess infection because it is not in their computer.  We are moving our prescription after today on all further prescriptions. I will never go back to Walgreens. read more

My neighborhood Walgreens. It used to be 24hrs. but, stupid people had to ruin that convince for the rest of us. Great staff when I'm usually in after 10 right after work. Doug the manager is kind and helpful. Melody really took care of me the other night when my pics weren't ready. There are 2 other people that work at this hour. Hispanic girl that runs the register and the young man (hair is brown and a lil past his shoulders) that manages at night. Great Job guys. read more

I do not like this Walgreens at all. I used it in the past bc it was my nearest 24 hour store. I'll start with the pharmacy. The overnight pharmacist is horrible!! She is a foreign lady I wanna say Indian, but she is extremely rude and isn't interested in answering your questions. My scripts are never filled on time. I wait in the long line at the drive thru just to find out they haven't even started on them. The staff usually ignore me and the lines get long when there's another register right across that someone on the floor can just hop on real quick. There are also questionable people there all the time. read more

Went here to get a printed copy of my license. It was pretty quick. But later, I found out I needed both sides on a copy. When I came back, they told me that I'm not allowed to print my license. But I just did twenty minutes ago. The music at this store was REALLY annoying too. read more

My husband and I frequent this location multiple times a week. Even when it's busy it is always a pleasant experience. I guess I hadn't ever been there late at night because what I experienced last night was a horrific representation of your company. It started by a young girl stocking and straightening things around me starting at the face wash, then two of three different areas down the makeup isle. At first I thought it was a customer shuffling around me looking for something. I felt uncomfortable, like I was in the way so i would move to look at something else. Then i realized it was an employee. So when she did it again at the nail care section i turned to her and said, "I am trying to shop and you stocking\organizing things around me is making me uncomfortable." she said, "I'm just trying to stock and clean so I can get outta here!!!!" At that point I had to turn and walk away. I shopped a few more isles and all i heard were the employees who were obnoxiously loud, apparently playing some kind of game because i heard a lady yell "30 second rule!!" Then a woman,Tiffany (according to her name tag) almost ran into me when she came barreling around the corner. I continued to try and shop but the noise level of the children running this store was absolutely ridiculous. So i made my way to the front of the store, passing two boys (samuel/sam/samone and axel) who were standing at the photo center taking turns banging/drumming on the counter. I made it just in front of the candy isle when i turned around and glared at them because they were continuing to loudly bang on the counter. I needed something down the candy isle. I was about 3/4 down the isle when I see someone out of my peripheral coming down the isle. I turn around when i hear another banging/thumping sound and who do i see standing in the isle, Sam/samuel/samone (Sam something), who has what appears to have a Tupperware container of some kind in hand. He then begins to hit the top of the container all while staring me right in the eyes. He was staring me up and down!!! I immediately felt intimated and nervous. So i waited for him to leave the isle, forgot the candy and headed to check out. When I mentioned something to the very friendly cashier (I can't remember her name) about the young girl who was stocking the shelves about how rude and inconsiderate she was, she said "that doesn't surprise me. She just left. These kids get away with a lot around here." i knew then that I needed to speak to someone else about the rest of my experience, but I didn't feel comfortable going back thru the store to find a manager. The cashier sincerely apologized for my experience and I left the store. When I got home I immediately called the store and asked for the manager who happened to answer the phone. Keith who i learned was the overnight manager had just gotten to the store. I told him everything that happened and he too said, "I am so sorry but really that doesn't surprise me!" Keith was awesome!!! Apologized profusely but continued to admit that he was not shocked. I asked who the MOD was for that shift and he said Tiffany... Oh really, the woman that about ran into me because she was hurrying around a corner to fast while playing some type of game. Nice... I was recently in an auto\pedestrian accident and am in a walking boot and have a fractured back. Her carelessness and child play through your store could have caused insult to injury had she ran into me. Keith advised me that he would talk with the general manager Adam about my experience that night. Keith is super nice guy who sounds like he is at his wits end with out-of-control employees and a manager who allows and even encourages such behavior. A wild, reckless, loud, and inconsiderate staff was working your store last night. Not to mention the employee who tried to intimidate me. i hope that your cameras were rolling so you can corroborate my story! I won't be back read more
