One of the pharmacists, Shannon, always goes the extra mile when I have a question or concern. She is friendly, professional, and puts the customer first. After a few Rx's filled, she knew me by name, and treated me like a valued customer. This just isn't something you get from the big box store pharmacies. The only draw-back is the limited hours; however, I gladly trade that small bit of inconvenience for the high level of customer service and personal attention I receive at the Meriden Pharmacy. They have a small selection of OTC drugs, among other items, which may require a trip to a bigger store in Topeka; however, they will gladly order items in for their customers as well.

This has to be the first time I ever went to this Kwik Shop and it was a slight bit of a mess I…read morethat's a burnt hot dog on the roller that's a first usually the roller looks fresh. They had straws on the floor. The station where you prepare your coffee as other items for what they have there was a mess nothing was in order they were out of a lot of things. The staff seemed unorganized as if the person was about to get off work or needed to go take care of something .While the other one seemed to work and needed to take care of some things in the back. Reason being I'm saying this is because."The staff member stated that he could perhaps stay up there for a little while as to you need to hurry up whatever you think you needed to take care of could have waited till I can either get back or you have another staff member here with you". So anyway all in all the Ambiance was a pretty decent it was just sad to notice that they were out of a lot of the product over the time I have been coming to this store they have been pretty decent of keeping keeping their shelves filled your product. And also before I end this I would like to say during the time of me visiting that store they had excellent staff. #CityoftheTop

I asked several questions about supplements and got round about answers. The associate pointed a product out to me that he had personally tried. So I told him I tried something like it and the pills were large and red. I asked if it was similar but he then told me he was color blind and didn't know what the pills looked like. So tired of liars in this world. I left without buying anything; overpriced and dishonest. Explains GNC to to T. If GNC closes in at the west ridge mall, this sort of interaction would explain the reasons why. I also mentioned specifically what certain type of supplements that I liked and the individual had no idea what any of the ingredients actually did like: Creatine, arginine alpha keto glutarate, and d-aspartic acid. No clue.

Initially, I thought my ankle was swollen, sprained and/or twisted. When the swelling did not go down and the pain did not subside, I knew I had to get relief. I needed crutches and that is how I ended up at Jayhawk Pharmacy. The staff was so nice and helpful. The lady who waited on me was very kind and she attended to all my needs. She helped fit me for crutches and showed me how to use them. There was a pharmacist on staff who also helped me. He advised me on ankle wraps and bandages. The crutch rental is a unique system. I paid $35 for the rental and I can use them as long as needed. There is no daily fee and I will get my $35 back when I return the crutches. Basically, they are making no money off these rentals and I appreciate their approach. They are obviously not trying to take advantage of people for a profit. I was very impressed with this business. You can tell they take a vested interest in their customers and they know their customers by name. This is not a big outfit at all but a very small mom-and-pop company. The atmosphere is very old pharmacy feel and nice. Great people and products.
