On a recent camping trip with some friends we made several stops at Country Market for "provisions"…read more(beer and snacks). It's not far from Michigan International Speedway and on the way to our lunch destination. The inside is deceptively large. I did not expect this store to be this large, but it's enormous and well laid out. The décor is very down-home/country (like its name says) and it's kept very clean. On a 95° day it's nice to go inside and soak up a little air conditioning, so meandering each and every aisle with my friends was kind of like a field trip. The produce department is quite sizable I saw two staff members tending to the produce, keeping it stocked and well maintained. The deli was hopping (it was Race Weekend). I needed to purchase a cooler to take to the track but wasn't having a lot of locating one. One of the Produce staff paused what he was doing and told me exactly where to find it. I got an insulated Coleman® six-can cooler for just $20(US). They have a HUGE selection of beer, both craft and domestic and a very nicely stocked beer cave. When it comes to snacks, they got them in huge tracts of lands. Pretzels to Doritos® to bean dip to jerky, they've got you covered. And the best thing? The ABSOLUTE best thing? The original and still the best Doritos®!! Checking out was a breeze, with plenty of cashiers manning the registers. Yes, you saw that right. Cashiers running registers. The more the big grocery stores switch to self-checkout the more you start to appreciate interacting with a human. Since I live about 6 hours away there's a good chance I won't be visiting any time soon, but next year I already know where my "provisions" will come from.

After smearing a sample of this on my hands, I knew I had to have some of this stuff....fast forward a few days we took our grandson to the Apple Store in Franklin Park Mall and while my hubby and him did some shopping, I decided to run down and do a little happy women type shopping. Upon entering their store, I was greeted by friendly and helpful clerks who offered me a shopping bag to carry with me as I shopped. I was overwhelmed with all the great products they sell, but was focused on finding my Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Lotion. As I moved to the room towards the back of the store, there it was, but not only do they have body lotion, they also had soaps and other products available in that same scent! Since the foaming hand soap was on sale for $3 a bottle, I decided to grab one if those also. Checkout was quick and easy and they can email you a receipt if you like. Very pleasant shopping experience and I am so happy with both the lotion and the soap products. I love the way it makes my skin feel and the smell truly is delightful. I have never been a big fan of eucalyptus, but this is not over powering. If you you like unique smells and quality products, and friendly customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting this store if you get the chance. Review #22 08/05/16

What bothered me was as I loaded my cart with two cases of three different kinds of cereal nothing was said to me. There was an employee right there talking with me. That's when the manager came up to the employee, not me and told him I could not purchase no more than six boxes per kind. I said there was no sign that limited to ones purchase. That's when in a cold response he said the store has the right to limit quantities. I said who the purchase was for and since my cart was already loaded if I could purchase what I had. He answered with a stern NO. The young man at the register said he would put the cereal back. I don't think it would bother if they would post a sign on limits, they do for eggs. My I add I did not deplete their quantity on the shelve. My warning to you is if your going to purchase a large quantity you better check first. As I got ready to leave there was a lady doing the same thing and I told her you better check first. I still shop at Aldi's but with a far different out look.
