This was one of the worst experiences ever. I have a cornea transplant and I was in pain, waiting for my medicine. They told me it would be ready at 3 PM. When my brother went at 3:10, they said the system was down. I called the pharmacy multiple times and they hung up on me twice after making me wait a long time. I sent my mom to the store and the system was working, but the employee was very rude and unprofessional. I called my mom and she put me in speakers to explained this was the third time trying to get my medication and that I was in pain, the employee started yelling at me. My mom asked for the manager and the other lady's name (Black woman with black hair and blonde highlights). Right away she took off her name tag. The meme she give my mom was Tamara, but I'm not even sure that was her real name Because she take of her name tag. This pharmacy has no respect, no compassion, and no professionalism. Delaying medication for a transplant patient is unacceptable. I will never go back to this store. read more

I rarely write reviews, but my experience today left me shocked and angry. I received a call from the pharmacy letting me know that my insurance wouldn't cover the medication prescribed to me for an urgent and painful medical issue. Instead of offering support or guidance, the pharmacist (or pharmacy tech because I wasn't given a name) coldly told me that I needed to call my insurance, find out what they would cover, and then contact my doctor and ask them to send in a new prescription. Let me be clear: I'm the patient, not the middleman. I'm in pain. I've already spent weeks navigating the healthcare system trying to get relief, and now I'm being told to run around doing the job that should be handled between the pharmacy, the doctor, and the insurance provider. The tone of the call was dismissive, robotic, and frankly insulting. It felt like they were saying, "Not our problem go and figure it out." No compassion, no attempt to help, just a wall of indifference. This is a pharmacy--a place people turn to when they're sick, hurting, and vulnerable. It shouldn't be this hard to get medication or at least be treated with respect. Walgreens, do better. Train your staff to care because right now, they're just adding to the pain. read more

Last Saturday I had dropped off one of my husband's prescriptions to be transferred from Walmart to them because the price I got through Singlecare was much better. They told me it would take 24-48 for them to fill it. I stopped by Monday afternoon. They told me it was on the truck and would take an hour and a half to get it off the truck. I said I would come back the next day. Today is Friday and I stopped to get the prescription seeing I have given them several days to get it. Well they did not have it and didn't receive from their warehouse. Basically I was lied to twice! On my way home I called Walmart and had the prescription transferred back to them. I will never go back to Walgreens pharmacy. Worst service ever!! read more

I HATE this Walgreens with a PASSION, I always call to see my prescription is ready and the automated voice system tells me that is and whenever I go to try to pick up my prescriptions it's not ready. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, so much so that I asked to speak with a pharmacist to confirm when my medicine is going to be ready and I go this past Friday through the drive thru and the lady tells me it's not ready. WHAT DO YOU MEAN!! I had spoken to someone who told me it would be ready! The lady just stared at me with a blank stare when I express my frustration and just told me I needed to sign up for texts to get updates, and didn't know who told me it was ready bc it's not. No accountability, no apology just a blank stare. Like what. It's the WORST, customer service I've ever experienced from a pharmacy in my life. I hate this Walgreens so much that I'm literally changing my insurance policy to ensure I can pick up from CVS to never deal with this soulless untrained employees. They're so unbelievably unprofessional it's insane they need to completely re-train the staff and fire whoever the manager is because they clearly do not care about you. read more

I needed a prescription filled after leaving Urgent Care having been diagnosed with a painful injury. I have been sitting in pain now for hours due to their incompetency. They refused to tell me when the Rx would be ready for pickup. I was unable to get through on the phone to check in on the status of the order--they continually answered and said "hold on" or simply picked up and hung up. How is this acceptable? Fire them all. I had to get my Rx transferred to Publix Pharmacy, who told me to swing by for pick up in less than hour--just like most pharmacies! I will not be returning to this Walgreens. I'm not sure why the pharmacy is such a frustrating situation. The staff are abrupt, and the wait always takes longer than it should.

The people most of the time arent extremely rude they deserve 2 stars but they take FOREVER ridiculously so. You cant get through line inside the store and the pharmacy is the same. You pull up and hit the call button and the lady says ill be right with you and hangs up. Then you wait and hit the call button again because your 1 year old is irrationally screaming and she rudely says im helping others inside and hangs up on you again. Then 1 of the other people who arent doing a damn thing come on the line and they cant figure anythign out ans go back and forth 10 times and by the time you leave you wish you had gone anywhere else...WORST WALGREENS EVER!!! read more

Not sure what has happened here. Seems as if all the better employees have been run off, quit, or moved on to something better. I tried giving this store a few chances. Not going to give a rating on one or even two bad experiences, but this seems to be the morn now. Cashiers are slow, do not ring items up correctly and when called out on it, are argumentative and try to put blame on you. Management seems non existent when needed, giving no help to actually solve the problem. Pharmacy is just like most other reviews, they don't cut it, in many ways. I love this Walgreens very nice staff all around especially Anne who works at the front register. Anne's always welcomes me with a smile and even addresses me by my name asks how my husband is and how we're doing. I don't normally go to Walgreens for my pharmacy needs, but I decided to go with my 19 year old daughter, for us to get the Covid vaccine. We walked up to the window with the Covid vaccine sign above it, but there was no one there, so we walked up to the regular "pick-up" window. We were the only pharmacy customers in the store. There were at least 3 people working back there but they just left us standing there for several minutes. Finally someone asked if we could be helped. I told her we wanted the covid vaccine. She quickly pointed to the "covid" window and said "over there". I told her there was no one there. She said someone would be there soon. We went and stood at the window for a while, but no one showed up. My daughter asked if we could leave. She said she didn't feel comfortable getting the immunization in a place that doesn't know how to treat customers. I agreed 100%, so we left. We are now at the nearby CVS, where they took care of us and greeted us with a smile right away. Walgreens sucks. read more

Walgreens pharmacy at this location has poor customer service on the phone and drive-thru. First I called to refill my prescription on the phone and tried to reach a pharmacist after waiting on the phone more than 10 mins someone answered and put me on hold, finally she answered and took my info and put me on hold again but never came back to address me about my prescription and disconnected me. The drive thru was another disappointment we went to pick up a prescription waited at the window and this lady never acknowledge us or even ask what we needed, she kept talking to another co-worker we waited like 5 mins and got tired of waiting and left. Very disappointing that companies lose clients just because of customer service when it is so easy to address or acknowledge a customer that is loyal to your business. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! I needed a script filled, & they didn't have it at another location. They called this one, & they said they had it in stock. I drove there, waited in line for 20 mins, they took my script...and were VERY slow. After several mins, they told me they would have it ready by 8:45 p.m. I went back the very next day, waited in long line AGAIN...& the SAME guy from night before says he's going to get it...and after several mins comes back & tells me they DON'T have it! That they didn't have enough & had to order more...and to TRY AGAIN TOMORROW! I told him how upset I was that I was told it would be ready, & I made a special trip back over there...he didn't care. I can see why this pharmacy get so many bad reviews. I tried contacting them by phone and of course you are put on forever hold. The music would stop for a brief second and a voice would come on and say please hold. then it goes back to the music. This went on for several minutes with the voice interrupting saying "please hold." I have had problems with this pharmacy before, but at one point they had a manager who would help to rectify the problem. He has since moved on to another pharmacy which is not so convenient for me. Therefore, I will start using CVS which is closer to my location. I'm a 28 year Marine Combat Veteran and I just can't believe the lack of professionalism I see in this particular store. As some of the other comments in the review section--this place is a real nightmare. IT STEMS FROM LACK OF LEADERSHIP!! This Walgreens is beyond horrible and unprofessional. When you tried to get through to them by telephone you are on hold for a long period of time and then the music stops and it goes to a ringing and it will ring about 5 or 6 times and then you are disconnected. This has happened every time I call. The staff at the pharmacy counter are beyond rude They are not helpful and do not even try to be helpful. My husband has been getting his prescriptions filled at this Walgreens for a couple of years now. Today he went in to pick up a prescription that he has been taking for quite a while which they always have in. He had gotten a text message that the prescription was ready for pickup. When he went in the girl told him that it was at the other Walgreens which is about 20 minutes from where we are and when he questioned that she said oh we haven't had that medication here for for over a month. When he tried to question her further as to why we weren't notified about the other pharmacy by phone she was extremely rude and had an I don't care attitude. Her response was there's nothing we can do you'll have to go there. No customer service or pleasantry at all. It's bad enough that if you go through the drive-thru you have to wait in line indefinitely because they're slower than molasses but to also have to put up with their rude behavior and not being able to get in touch with them by phone is just ridiculous. Needless to say we will no longer be getting our prescriptions filled at that Walgreens or any other Walgreens and I would never frequent that Walgreens again for any product in that store if my life depended on it. read more

Let me tell you how much I love my local Walgreens! SO MUCH. The staff is always friendly and they always know my name! They make me feel like "Norm" from "Cheers!" They have great deals, great make-up choices and always make suggestions when new products come in. Not to mention my rewards card, I have saved a butt load on products because of all of the five-dollar kick back coupons I receive from buying things that I need anyway! High volume store in the neighborhood! Good place to stop in a pinch for grab and go items. Make sure you sign up for a card because the pricing gap can be quite large on a lot of items if you don't have one. There is an associate that is there on weeknights who greets every customer and tries to connect - super nice lady. We will keep coming, especially as long as she is working! read more

Today for the first time I went to Walgreens to look for my medications. I explained leaving the doctor since I felt terribly bad, infection of throat and lungs, fever and pain throughout the body. I arrived with chills and a mask because it never stopped ringing. I wait for the drugs anxiously I attended the young Marco. I leave as soon as possible for my home to take the medicine especially the antibiotic, to my surprise it was not just the cough mixture. I call my husband to come please to pick up the antibiotic, to my surprise they inform you that this medication was not available or that was why they did not give it to me. That I had to go back to the doctor to get another one. Really!!!!! Extremely upset, wait for the medicine 20 minutes I'm given in a closed and stapled bag, I never imagined that I was not, I was informed NOTHING, I could have gone to the doctor and ask for another or just go to another pharmacy. I am extremely annoyed, my husband went to the doctor but he had already closed. I have such a bad courage that I feel and have to sleep without the antibiotic to improve myself.
