Everything. The pharmacy on Broad Street in Sumter has to be the worst in the US. For example, I asked the clerk when a prescription would be processed, only to be basically interrogated like a criminal by the pharmacist on duty. This woman questioned if I'm a cancer patient or not, then proceeds to get upset when I told her I don't know my oncologists first name. I call him Dr (last name). She then claimed she couldn't find his information even though this Dr has been in the area for over 20 years. I guess even though she's an educated person, she didn't know how to use Google search. I know this was long, however I have never been treated this way just for asking a question. BTW, not that this matters, but I have dedicated over 40 years of my life to this country as a 23 year veteran, and then civil servant until my health started to fail and caused me to retire early. read more

The Pharmacy time management is abhorrent. You're told the Rx will be ready at noon. Then they say at 2:30. Then they say "try" back before they close at 5 pm. Regardless the complaint raised. The order of business remains. This is clearly a reflection of poor leadership that freely allows the mismanagement of this location. read more

THIS STORE smells horrible but some of the associates were nice and helpful. The pharmacy is a hot damn mess! The lines are ALWAYS LONG, whether you wait in the drive thru, on the phone or in the store line! They are unorganized and lie real bad. Just be mindful no matter what you do you are not going to get the appropriate help but will get a lie knowing they don't reach out the patients. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

When you have a child at home with an ear infection, and you called the pharmacy to check on a prescription and they keep you on hold for five minutes then hang up on you... And you call back and they keep you on hold for another five minutes and then hang up on you... I only hope someday karma bounces back and they're the ones who need help. read more

Absoutly the worst Walgreens in America that just decides to close the pharmacy when ever they feel like...you better make sure you are speaking with someone in the store or you will get the wrong information. I ask what are your hours today, the response was that it depends...you received millions in covid money and you cant even keep a pharmacy open according to your own sign both online, phone and in person. One star is too generous....This is the worst and slowest Pharmacy I've ever seen. They always find some minor discrepancy with prescriptions that prevent them from filling it. Had to have my doctor personally call in to answer their minor question before they would fill my prescription. Then, when I call them back to confirm they received the info they needed, I waited for them to pick up for literally over 45 minutes. They continuously picked up the call and immediately placed it back on hold again for 45 minutes. When she finally answered and was checking on the prescription with me on the phone, that's when she realized they were out of stock and couldn't fill it. Unbelievable. That's the last time I attempt to give this Walgreens Pharmacy my business. I highly recommend using a different Pharmacy. read more

Why is Daya in the pharmacy so rude! I called this morning because my script hadn't come in yesterday after leaving the doctors office. I promise i would not call any business at 7am just for fun. I call because I have a reason like any other patron. First, I call give my name. I was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes.. well the 9min 37sec. Yes I kept looking at my phone waiting for "Daya" to come back. Finally at 9 min 37 sec. She come a back to the phone and says. May I help you? I'm shocked because the phone started to ring twice while on hold which means that they have to check back with the customer. No one came to the phone either time. Of course they don't know that I took chemo 4 days ago and that I'm calling because I had a bad reaction from a medication I took the week before so I can have my chemo. Cancer sucks but horrible customer service makes it SUCK SO MUCH MORE! Thanks Walgreens representative for my this situation suck so much more. Oh by the way. I stayed on hold and got rude service all to be told it wasn't there. I've been pretty understanding when it comes to businesses since I got diagnosed but come on. Just be polite.. I promised it won't break your face or take money our of your check! That's why I am. Being nice is free. Vet your employees Businesses! read more

Pharmay is very slow .. they have my prescription 45 minutes before i arrive . i arrive and they tell me i have to wait an additional hour . they have no consideration for other people time.. they are so rude, i will be choosing another pharmacy soon.. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to! Every time I've gone to this store the employees have been rude and unhelpful. I know what standards the employees should be held to since I use to work at a Walgreens, the employees at this store obviously don't care about their jobs. I ordered pictures at this store and when I tried to pick them up the photo employee said they didn't have them and had no way to look them up ( which is a lie). I called the store a few days later to ask if they had them, the lady on the phone said they did. So, I reluctantly made my way to this store again. This visit was the worst, the only employee on the floor was the cashier, I looked around for a while for someone to help me. I finally asked the cashier to page someone to photo, she told me the pager system was down and I would just have to look around for someone to help me. I know for a fact that there are phones around the store, like in the stockroom and other places that this cashier could have called to get me help. I ended up going back to the Pharmacy and I had the Pharmacist page someone to photo, after being paged it took the employee about 5 minutes to make the short trip from the stockroom to the photo center. I was so mad at this point that I didn't even pick up my pictures. I hate Wal-Mart but at least you can get an employee to help you there. read more
