This place is known for discriminating against the very community they do business in. Their other store down the street I have been in there before and customer service is terrible. They treat every customer like they are going to steal. I would not recommend spending your money going their. Also, the way they treat their associates are terrible. I felt so uncomfortable and was unable to focus on what I needed or wanted because she was letting out her frustrations in front of everyone. Once the manager left Adalia came right over to me. Westborough is always fully stocked with everything I need and if they aren't they order my products and I receive them in their next shipment. The staff is friendly unlike other locations and when I have questions they go above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend going to this location and if you fear they may not have everything you need before the drive just call a few weeks ahead and create an order with the store. Once it's in they put it all together and call you when it's ready to pick up and when you arrive they will greet you with a smile and be happy to help you.
