Dear Young Man at the Counter:…read more THANK YOU. I went into this location and I wasn't feeling the greatest kind of had a crappy day and I needed to get in, and OUT. Quickly. So I gathered up what I needed and even grabbed a super cute nail polish on my way out and I walked up to the register and I figured, this would be just an average "Hi", no eye contact, treat me like any other customer, just doing your job moment until I hear this loud booming voice that almost made me jump out of my skin. I hear an extremely enthusiastic "HELLO! WELCOME! place your items right here on my counter I'd love to help service you today. Did you find all of your items that you wish to purchase? Did you need any further assistance? No? OK well your grand total is $14.76. Thank you SO much for choosing us! Have a fantastic evening." I honestly thought that the loud volume he used and how overly happy and excited he was I SWEAR I was on TV. I couldn't help but crack up. Thanks. I love great customer service and this young guy who couldn't be a day over 19 went above and beyond! He made me laugh. And he made the experience memorable. I will most definitely be back to this location. Even if I have to pass up another Walgreen's on my way. THANK YOU!!!

Our son verified they had had the same experience. Switched to CVS. Selected store with good pharmacy hours, 8am-8pm (store open until 9pm) which is helpful for working people. The Pharmacy Manager was very helpful in getting some coupons for an expensive drug, working through confusion with our new insurance, etc. Everyone we have worked with in the store has been kind and helpful. That's how competition is supposed to work, do a bad job, lose customers, do a good job, gain customers. We are CVS-Sheboygan customers now.

I looooove arizona tea and for some reason to me it just doesn't taste the same if I buy it any other place I dunno I'm weird I reckon. LOL! My only other gripe is they only have the one register open up front and with a long line the "IC3" call didnt get answered.......... kinda lame. Poor front cashier was trying hard to get us all out of there at a reasonable time without waiting. So thanks to him too!

My co-worker was counting the meds, as we are required to do, and found one off count. The pharmacy willing added the missing pills. A week later I was passing meds and found that same bubble to only have one pill in it instead of three and their was no damage to the bubble like someone accidentally stuck their finger through the seal. This was very strange. When I explained it to the pharmacy staff member, Patty, they refilled it but when she brought it back to the drive thru window she handed it to me and said "that seemed very suspicious", meaning that someone stole the medication. I left to continue my errands and while waiting in the car, not even 20 minutes later, I examined the bubble pack and found that same spot missing 2 out of the three pills. I was confused. Did they make a mistake, I wondered. I immediately returned to the pharmacy and went inside to speak to them. At this point I asked to speak to the manager, Matt. He also insinuated that someone (meaning me) must've taken those pills out. I pointed out that there was no damage done to the pack, how was this possible???? Well, come to find out the way the pharmacy repacked it was to make a tiny slit in the packaging and then slip those pills back in. They did not completely repackaged and reseal it properly and they only sealed it by putting a piece of tape on it. Matt sat there saying that he doesn't know how someone took it apart to steal those pills out of it because he examined it himself before the bubble pack was given back to me. I told him there's clearly something going on if pills are falling out and they are using a flawed system to repackaged the medication. He was not going to dispense anymore meds to fill it. I left in a huff and said if I find those pills in my car then they need to do something differently instead of using a piece of tape. Guess what everyone still reading this??? I found one in my console and one on the floor. Matt would not admit that their system is flawed but did repackaged the entire month's medication properly, no pieces of tape used as a bandaid to fix the problem this time around. Of course I received no apology.
