The prescription department lied again. They could not fill my prescription because they are NOT able to compound medication. They said that they could transfer the prescription to Stone oak pharmacy. I asked Stone oak pharmacy to call them, which they did, to transfer the prescription. This location has been my go-to pharmacy at my Texas residence for years. They're typically pretty good about getting refills in a timely order, checking for drug interactions, and being polite. They have a drive-thru for convenience but unfortunately they close in the middle of the day for a "meal break" which I've never seen at any other Walgreens pharmacy location- unclear why they can't stagger breaks to avoid this, as I am unable to pop by on my own lunch break to pickup. read more

Twice I've made photo gifts for my family here and you show up and they say they are not ready when online says they are. They don't call and give you a heads up to let you know. Nine months later and nothing has changed. I went back tempted by the convenient location. I had to make 3 separate trips to pick up medication. One medication is NEVER in stock. Their entire staff is horribly inept, still doesn't follow thru with what they say they'll do, are poor communicators and appear completely apathetic about the fact that they are handling people's medication. I had planned to get a flu shot while there but Christ almighty if they wouldn't somehow manage to screw that up too. This place is terrible. read more

Honesty goes a long way. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I then visit the store and was told my prescription could not be filled because the internet was down all day. I understand that technical issues happen. I like Walgreens I find the stores refreshing in that they are all uniform an you know what to expect - with the exception of THIS LOCATION. The pharmacy is the WORST!!!!!!! Had a prescription called in at 1pm - I saw they received it it was in process then all of a sudden it was pushed out to the NEXT DAY. I kept calling and calling no one would answer. The next day I called the pharmacy told me they didn't have a night pharmacist to work so they just pushed it all out to the next day. I was sick NOW which was why my doctor gave me the script. NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience. I swear if my insurance didn't MAKE me use Walgreens I'd never step foot in this location again - once again the pharmacy continues to exceed my frustration & disappointment- went to get my scripts was told -oh only one ready - we are breaking for lunch in 10 min come back in an hour. My doctor called in a prescription just fine, but on Walgreens end there was something hung they did which wasn't allowing it to be processed by my insurance company. I called my insurance and they weRe ready and willing to work it outt, all the pharmacy had to do was call thIer pharmacists help line. When I told them this they were rude and did not want to help. I was put on hold and told they'd be back with me. I went though 3cycles or hold back to ringing line before completely disconnected. I ended up sending my husband to work it out. Poor customer service. Went out of there way to be unhelpful and unsympathetic. What a mess.

Make sure you use the restroom before you go. They lock the restrooms and you have to hunt someone down that is not attending someone to open it up. Another reason to visit CVS instead. I do have to say that the gentleman that opened the door was pleasent unlike the woman at the cashier. Don't really have much more to say but that I will be using CVS from now on. read more

They pretty much don't have what I need when I go in. Nice employees. I have had trouble with the photo developing sending stuff through the online ordering system. I trasferred a prescription online and that had problems too. If you need gum or a newspaper or some mascara, stop in. Their buy one get one 50% off sales on make up are good. read more

The Hispanic cashier with the short black hair was very rude to me and the customer in front of me. She was told the customer in front of me "I'm waiting for someone" in a rude tone. The guy didn't hear her so she told him again louder and still rude. Then it was my turn and I bought a phone charger. She got mad that opened it and was like "you could of asked us and we could of told you if it was the right charger. If you didn't want it then you already opened our package!" I was paying for it anyways so why was she telling me? I it was literally boxed together with a piece of tape. Give me a break. I only wondered what she said to the guy behind me. read more

I called and used their computerized system to renew a prescription. It was promised for the next day by Thursday at 11 AM. When I arrived on Sunday, the pharmacy staff identified the prescription, and told me that it had no refills. The bottle plainly said there were two remaining. Then she said that the prescription had been cancelled but could not tell me why. Said I would have to call physician to have it renewed. Huh? Since CVS is out of network, Walgreens is not interested in customers, guess the alternative is HEB? read more
