This is literally the first place I've ever been so disgusted with that i felt like was so bad, I had to file a Yelp review .. the night shift pharmacist is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, my meds were as lost as last years Easter eggs apparently and after 10 minutes of searching, I swear to god they were literally right im front of her and her little helper who had the Audacity to be rude even after y'all showed such incompetence. Sure some health care workers deserve to be praised for the work during covid however if you're going to be rude and entitled like you're better than someone them no. We had to wait 15 minutes for our prescription, and it turned out that there was a problem with the computer. The customers in front of us were also having the same problem. They could have told us about it earlier so we wouldn't have to wait that long. Also, the staff were not nice. Not recommended. read more

I scheduled for a COVID booster shot at this location and it took me a whole hour even with an appointment. The pharmacy representatives were rude and not helpful. They were plenty of staff in the pharmacy but they all seem to be busy not assisting the customers. I finally got my shot after waiting over 30 minutes and was told to wait 15 minutes to make sure I don't experience any reactions. I went over to the window after the given time and the representative insisted that I need to wait another 4-5 minutes even though I have waited over 15 minutes. She told me that I will get called when the time is up. After another 5 minutes, they never bother to call on me but I had to walk over to the window again for my proof of vaccination. Majority of the staff in the pharmacy was not attentive to customers with an exception of this one pharmacist who actually gave me the shot. She was professional, pleasant and was informative. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this pharmacy and the management need to be aware of the rude attitude of their staff and should conduct some customer service trainings. read more

I was looking for a very specific product (probiotics for babies made previously by Biogaia, now made by Gerber). I called to confirm that they did indeed have it in stock and was initially put off because the woman who answered accidentally hung up on me. She did apologize when I called back. I was able to put my item on hold at the front registers. This made getting in and out as fast as possible. Parking was easy with the large lot. The great thing was that at checkout, they checked to see if my item was on sale (it was with a Walgreens card) without me prompting them. I didn't even think to ask but I will in the future. I saved $7 off a ~$31 item! Really pleased with the transaction I had! read more

Don't drop off your FedEx packages for pickup! I dropped off 4 packages for FedEx pickup. Received an e-mail receipt thinking everything was good and they have their process down. One of the package didn't get pickup for 4 days. I don't know how they manage the packages, but this is very bad. Tried another location, same crap. They don't have a good way to manage the incoming and outgoing packages. read more

I was there this afternoon and asked questions near by the cashier, and the girl working there replied very rudely, but later on changed her attitude don't know why, maybe someone taught her how to be a nicer or she realized herself how to be a person. Too bad there is not a zero-star system because this place deserves it. I waited in line for a passport picture because the only kiosk they have was taken by one of the employee. You would think that at least they would tell you how much longer is going to be the wait, but nooooo, they cannot be bothered by such a small detail. I love coming here, especially their pharmacy! The pharmacists and staff are always nice and help me with any questions I have. I get my annual flu shot here and it never hurts. When its time to come in to get my vaccines I know I'm in good hands no matter who is on staff that day. read more

Front staffs are always pleasant. Been coming here for years and never had bad experience, which is rare. Pharmacy staffs are decent too. They are never rude. (Other places are so bad compare to this place) They dont do extra work for you lol.. Such as contacting insurance or doctors for you,, - you have to ask them or you do it yourself But like I said, never too bad. As a patient, other places could be horrendous. Here, staffa are pretty decent and reasonable. Walgreens always have Sale going on. You can buy Clearance items or sale items even way cheaper than Amazon. You cant come here for best price. But sale items are whats good. I get 50-80% off. My years of experience here, Its a good place to come and check once in awhile. You can get lucky like me. From hair products to snacks. read more

The Pharmacist at Walgreens located in Rowland Heights City in California name Wendy is the worst I ever seen, she lack of customer service skills, she is rude, lack of sympathy toward patient. Her bad attitude really need to be fixed. I am her customer, so she should know better how to show respect. I am going there to get my medication, not there to receive such horrible customer service. Im always at this location since it's less than a 5 min walk. The location is very convenient for me and the prices and rewards program are a big plus. The employees here a friendly and always greet you when you walk in. This location does have a small selection of beer and wine near the back. Pharmacy prices are on the very high side, especially when I am paying in cash. You get better pricing at Costco. Service is very slow too. The average wait time is longer than my doctor's office. Not unusual to wait 30-60 mins to get a prescription filled. There is one HK pharmacist that is very rude and lacking the idea of customer service. read more

Most of the staff is nice but for a person who has consistently filled large amounts of expensive medication as most is, they seem to have a horrible time having full prescription for my insulin. The irony is every time or every other time they have partial orders and the pharmacist had the nerve to have a full on argument a few weeks back with me saying they always make sure that they preorder my prescription which is absolutely untrue. So many times I am making multiple trips. 3 days ago I came in to pick up other meds and wanted to fill my insulin. Insurance would not allow it quite yet. Now today I come in and guess what? They have none! Wait a minute, are you the same pharmacist that argued with me about going out of your way to make sure you have my prescription on hand and here we are? None in the pharmacy? Are you kidding. How dare you actually argue with me as a customer as if I am not aware of the multiple times in 9 years you have failed to fulfill my orders. Not only are you unprofessional, you are either a liar or you are out of touch with what goes on in the pharmacy you head. For longest time, I am a Walgreen shopper; however, Walgreen Pharmacy is the worse at this Location: The short hair, short Asian lady from HK claims that she does not speak Chinese. If you don't speak Chinese then why do you have an acute Chinese English accent. That is one stupid persona and character. Second, she is totally inept, incompetent and outrageous. I went there tonight with my girlfriend with the Doctor's prescription for my girl to pick up Amoxicillin 500mg. She "refused" to fill the prescription because she needs to call the Doctor's office to ask for the number of capsules needed. I told her it is not necessary and plus the office is closed and my lady need her medicine now! I read the prescription and it checked "1 to 24 quantity". She insisted on calling the Doctor to check on the quantity. I told her it says it is between 1 to 24 what ever the quantity is FINE. She said she can't and needs to call the Doctor because Doctor's office is closed right now. She was not able to fill the prescription. I was very piss off and took off and drove to RiteAid across the street. Not only I was greeted immediately and I was able to fill my prescription while Walgreen can not just TEN MINUTES ago. I also given a form to fill out and thus received the discount on the SPOT. This Pharmacy the Asian staff here is INCOMPETENT and has an Anti-Asian attitude. I would stay away from this place for prescription needs. Went in on Aug 22, 2011 for Z-Pack. They quoted me $48.50. I've never paid for this drug at this price at anywhere. I went to Costco down the street and picked up a exact same prescriptions for $9.53. I've also checked with CVS Pharmacy and they quoted me $15.24. This is for the pharmacy. This Walgreens is excellent! I have used them for 10 years and they have never disappointed. They call me if there's a problem even if I don't have to pick up my prescription till the next day. They let me know if they had to call my doctor for insurance information or that if there was any problem or a high price amount for it. they let me know what's going on if there's any kind of delay. I have had other Walgreens that are not like that in fact the opposite. I can always count on the fact if I put my prescription in to be filled by a certain time that I will either get a phone call or that prescription will be ready by that time even if it's only within two hours or an hour of when I put the prescription in. I cannot say enough about these people. They even knew me by name and without me having to state who I was. I appreciated their professional quality that they gave to me each time I came to either in the store or to the drive-through window I cannot speak highly enough about this Walgreens. read more
