It's typical Walgreens. Nothing negative about the store itself. Just hope someone read my review before using the FedEx drop portion. I walked into the store all happy with my package I needed to return. I got to the FedEx center (located in photo lab. It's marked.) Anyway I get there all eager with my handy dandy QR code FedEx sent me and No. At this location you have to print the label. Whaaaaa. No biggie. I did come back the next day and returned the package. The worker did tell me where I could go to return with the QR code but I opted not because I always pass this Walgreens on my way home. The other location is closer to my house but there is construction and I just prefer this spot. But with all these words print your FedEx label, no QR code. Workers were friendly and we even laughed at my encounter because I was all happy happy joy joy and then boom. I'm not. I'll still use them. read more

Had prescription transferred over since it was the only location that was in stock. Confirmed it was in stock and received text and call that it was ready to be picked up. Get to counter and told that it's out of stock but they do have it but will take 15 minutes to fill. This seems like the basic function of their inventory system is not working. read more

This used to be my regular Walgreens that I went a few times a week to grab essentials, but this was experience like none other. The idiot working the cashier who was a 20-year-old man was a complete idiot. First off. He barely even acknowledged me had trouble scanning an item because , he couldn't find the barcode even though it was right on the front of the package and then I had $10 bill for $6.95 order he gave me five cents and change it said have a good day and if I wasn't alert or a little bit tired, I would've walked away and he would've committed a crime Luckily I wasn't and I said I gave you 10 and after he said oh I don't think you did and then I said I gave you a 10 and he argued me saying that I get that he gave me the right change another customer behind me said no I saw he haneed you a 10. Where is the rest of his change? He finally gave me the rest of my change and even after that he said OK oh well. Also, I'm not the biggest fan of being forced to talk about politics with a cashier at Walgreens when I'm trying to get my stuff and get out I almost said do you need me to call someone Do you need help? But I didn't probably just so he wouldn't be embarrassed even more than he already embarrassed himself. I don't really know if I wanna ever go to this Walgreens ever again this was awful. read more

If you ever have an urgent need for "As Seen on TV" crapola, then this is the place for you. If you want to molder in a glacially-slow pharmacy line, then come on down. Good times are to be had with the Walgreen's photo lab as well! I had the good fortune to place an urgent order for a print to be used in an out-of-town funeral. Their photo lab system went down, and Walgreens did not have the courtesy to inform me that they would not fulfilling the order as promised. They made a terrible day that much worse. Thus, I recommend staying far, far away from this den of suckitude. Unless, of course, you have an urgent need for a Fushigi ball. read more

Came to this location to get some Allegra D because I'm extremely allergic to cedar this time of year and as I went to the back pharmacy desk they denied me because their system was "down" right after they had just sold some to a customer before me. Nothing was wrong with my ID or anything the employee looked like he didn't know what he was doing and didn't even care to ask his clear superior if there was a problem with the computer. Instead he simply denied me ALLEGRA D and told me to come back another time. I 100% do not recommend this store, awful service. read more

I've always been a Walgreen's girl. Scratch that... I started out a Longs Drugs girl and eventually found my way over to Walgreens through various moves but they've earned my loyalty through the years due to proximity and dependability. Walgreens is great for everything. Flip flops, band aids, nail polish and most recently, poison oak remedies. However, most importantly, they always have wine sales!! Target and Walgreens are my Bermuda Triangle; I have lost parts of my life in them that I will never get back and can't recall. I go in for one quick item and come out with a bag full of randomness; bubbles, dried strawberries, birthday card, toothpaste, a squeegee and a magazine. Tip: Definitely get a Walgreen's rewards card. You earn cash off for all the items you purchase. read more

Probably the worst Walgreens ever. They can't ever get my prescription right. I've been calling them almost monthly about my refills because they ignore the notes in the system about my refill. They even made me call my doctor so my doctor could fix THEIR mistake because they didn't believe me about my dosage amount that THEY messed up. Also, one of their pharmacists can't count to 90 or look at the calendar. They messed up my auto refills as a result. I'm getting ready to switch to another pharmacy due to the incompetence here. I called up to the pharmacy and was hung up on after being on hold. Tried again same result. Call the store manager to explain the issue. After so many visits I've had enough! My card n file with the pharmacy was charged without my consent and according to the pharmacy this is acceptable! The pharmaceutical staff are beyond rude, and have even cut me off when asking questions. This review is specifically for the pharmacy: I waited in the drive up line for 3 minutes and watched as a worker gave out a prescription to another waiting car. I waited another 5, nothing. I pressed the call button and promptly heard "Be right with you", I said thanks, I just need to pick up but they had already hung up. I waited another 5-10, made my husband get out of our car to see if there was a long line inside because I could understand if they were pretty busy. But at 9pm on a Sunday, I was the only car and person in any of their pharmacy lines. My husband said he didn't see anyone and I should pull around and just run in. So it's Sunday, been in the car for 3.5 hours driving back to Dallas and I have a tired dog and husband and of course an exhausted driver (me) to get home. When I get to the pharmacy I see two woman (one short with dark hair and one taller with blonde hair) SWIFFERING THE CABINET AND CLEANING OUT TRASH BINS. Shorter one: makes eye contact and then speaks to her coworker and keeps going. A car pulls up into the first drive up lane and has been there a few moments. They decide to press the call button. Tall one: "Be right with you" and immediately hangs up. Short one: "I'll get the drive up" walks past me in line Me: "Excuse me??? I've been waiting here and no one has helped me and before standing here I was outside in line for at least 15 minutes. I JUST need to pick up one prescription." Short one: "Oh, I didn't see you there!" WHAT??? I'm 5'9, the counter is not hiding me! Me: "Well that would be completely incorrect because when I pressed the call button someone picked up the phone and said "Be right with you" and then hung up and never came back but now you decide to help the car in line?" Unbelievable. I've waited 20 minutes, even a half hour at this same location because they were busy - not a problem! But when NO ONE is in line and because they chose to complete their cleaning duties rather than helping a customer in their line??? I think not. I'll be following up with a manager and transferring to CVS across the street from them. The tall blonde helped me with my pick up and was very polite and tactful - that's not the issue, but I'm trying to be completely accurate and honest here. FYI, the rest of the store has been just fine for what I've needed, make-up, cards, random food, etc. but they just lost business for those items due to their pharmacy service. read more

Used to be awesome when they were 24 hours but they stopped that. Can't figure out why they did that because they are right next to a major hospital. I have transferred all my scripts out of this location to HEB and all Walgreens period because of the RUDE customer service from the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs. Had a 2:15pm appt for a COVID 19 booster shot. Arrived at 2 pm as per their instructions, to find the pharmacy shuttered. Over the next 10 mins the pharmacy staff trickled in for their lunch hour. I was then told to fill out the wrong form, and after I filled out the correct form, was told they'd be with me in a few minutes. A half hour later with no shot, I told the staff member at the counter that I turned the form into, that I was leaving. "You don't want the shot?", Me: "You've already wasted 45 minutes of my time. I'm going somewhere else for my booster, and I'm calling my insurance company to make sure they don't pay you for wasting my time when you submit the claim." Then the pharmacist pops up: "Ready for your shot?". Got the shot a few minutes after. Their appointment system is completely ignored by the staff and pharmacist. Very poor service. Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy. There's a CVS across the street that my wife got her booster at on time, and without any delays or issues. Go there for your booster. read more

This has to be the WORST pharmacy on the planet. They can't get RXs right, they annoy your Dr by needing to ask a million questions before they will fill your RX. Then when you pick up, they just put your bag on the counter and walk away. I didn't think that I was done because in the rest of the universe, people give you a signal like "goodbye ". But not here, nope they throw the bag on the counter and leave. This place should be shut down based on their social ineptitude alone. read more

This store is always telling me they are too busy in the Pharmacy. I have also been trying to get a prescription transferred from Pflugerville to this location for NOW: 16 MONTHS. She gets an attitude each time I tell her we transferred this last month AGAIN, but still does never gets it right. Today, she had to tell me she would call the doctor for the perscription that wasnt filled; however, she had to tell me she was very busy and could not promise anything.....It appears that I am the idiot here since I still trade with them after all this Horrible Customer Service.
