I came here to print photos and ended up placing two pretty big orders because the first batch turned out so well. My initial order was 200 copies, and they looked great -- sharp, clean, and exactly what I needed. Because of that, I went back the next day and placed an 800-copy order. The store itself felt calm and relaxed both times. On my first visit, the older gentleman who helped me and the woman who rang me up were fantastic -- very welcoming and genuinely helpful. It made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The second visit was a bit different. The prints were still done perfectly, but the interaction felt more guarded at first. Once the payment was completed, her demeanor noticeably lightened and felt much warmer. That said, the quality and accuracy of both large orders were excellent. If you're looking for reliable photo printing -- especially in higher quantities -- this location definitely delivers. read more

Walgreens, like other "pharmacies," is part pharmacy, part convenience store, part grocery store, and more. Normally you might stop in to pick up your prescriptions and decide to also purchase a few common grocery items and save myself some time and an additional stop. Obviously you are unlikely to find all of your grocery needs here; there's no produce department. But the convenience store aspect allows you to stretch the time before you need that grocery (or wine, or snacks, or ??) run. Because my prescription drug insurance has another pharmacy chain as their preferred provider, I only stop here when there is an advertised sale price on something I am looking for. When I do stop in I've had good service and help finding what I came in for. And they have given me rain checks when items are out of stock. read more

At least every other time I come here, I ask myself why I have my prescriptions here. It's one unique annoyance after another with this place. Today I decided to write a review. Save yourselves, go elsewhere. Here's today's annoyance. I need to pick up a script, so hubby orders & pays for some covid at-home tests online to pick up as well. I go to drive through...they don't have enough of my medicine to fill the script, but assure me it'll be in tomorrow. Fine. It happens. It happens quite a bit here, actually. Ask about the Covid tests & it takes the pharmacist about 10 minutes to come back & tell me system is down, she'll call me when they're ready. Get home, phone rings, automatic call from Walgreens letting my know my prescription won't be ready "for a few days." With Christmas & travel, that won't work, so I call & wait on hold for a bit with the pharmacy. When they pick up, a different pharmacist doesn't so much as reassure me it'll be ready tomorrow as get angry with me for doubting her & believing the automatic call and wondering if I should get the thing filled elsewhere. Okay, fine. What about the tests...are they ready now? Hubby's received texts telling him they've been ready. System was down when I was there earlier, I tell her. Now she's clearly angry with me. Tells me sharply that the pharmacy doesn't handle pickups. The texts hubby's received and emails I've gotten tell us we can go in, do curbside, or drive thru, but whatever. She tells me I'll need to get them in the photo area. Okay, I say, you might want to let the other pharmacists know that. Seriously. Save yourselves. I expect it's hard working for a company that doesn't have its shit together, like, AT ALL, so I get the anger, but as a customer, the combination of incompetence & anger is hard to take, especially when one quick trip turns--inevitably with this place--into three frustrating trips. read more

I had previously defended the Walgreens pharmacy because I had used them until a change in insurance made me go elsewhere. Recently changed insurance and went to Walgreens pharmacy again. I have had several problems since I went back to Walgreens. Most of the problem is communication. I know they are busy but customer service is non existent. The regular store employees are helpful and friendly. But I plan on switching to another pharmacy when I need refills. read more

The person Gaurav who takes photographs in the photo center was rude to me and doesn't answer the concern properly when i see the photograph did not pass in one of the segment shown in the system. Instead he is asking me if i am okay as he is deleting some part of the photo. Trying to show attitude for my other answer as i asked him if he was sure the photo is okay. Photos are not coming cheap and it wastes a lot of money and valuable time if they get rejected when we use it somewhere. The person who takes photographs should be aware of this and should answer questions patiently. I hope this photoshopped passport photo that he gave me now doesn't get rejected. read more

Walgreens pharmacy is a joke! I have been dealing with their bull since 12/8/19-12/11/19. These have been their excuses: (1) "Since we refilled your prescription on 11/08. We can't refill it until 12/8." This I've accepted. (2) On 12/8, they tell me "We can't fill your prescription because your doctor put a do not fill until 1/20 notice on your prescription. It isn't our problem, call your doctor." On Monday, 12/9, I left a message with the doctor as to what's going on and decided to check back with Walgreens tomorrow. On 12/10, I called back Walgreens and they then told me that was a glitch with their own system and that they'll get my prescription filled. (3) They then call me back later on 12/10 to tell me that my meds are behind a secure door that is malfunctioning and to check back tomorrow. On 12/11, I call Walgreens again and they tell me that they can fill the prescription and should have it ready in 20 minutes. I left right after work to pick it up only to be told excuse (3) again. Slowest Walgreens ever. Don't try and use any coupons because they never know now to scan them and end up not accepting them. Drive one more mile south to Rite Aid or CVS... you won't regret it. read more

My granddaughter got stung by wasps a dozen times and was in a lot of pain. I also got stung twice so I knew how bad she was hurting. So this was the nearest drugstore to where we were at. I went to the pharmacy counter and asked the pharmacy tech if they had Benadryl gel or anything else topical for wasp stings. I had already found the Benadryl tablets to treat her with in the store. The pharmacist yelled out that they only had hydrocortisone cream and nothing else. I looked for the hydrocortisone cream but couldn't find it. So I went back to the pharmacy counter and asked if someone could please show me where to find the hydrocortisones cream. The pharmacist acted extremely put off that I would ask to be shown where something was and huffily told the tech to show me. When he showed me where the hydrocortisone cream was located I immediately saw the Benadryl gel and several other topical pain medications specifically for insect stings. Thanks a lot for nothing!! Did anyone ever bother to mention to the pharmacist that she is there to help customers because evidently she doesn't know that? read more

my name is gjulio vucaj and I have been coming here for over 3 and a half or more years I mean to the same place Never had a problem until the "photo op pharmacist" not the home care pharmacist or whatever got a job lately. I get a controlled substance and the way my insurance is set up honestly, I have to get them once every 30 days. I went and turned it in and they said tomorrow (this lady gave me a problem befor when she knows my sitituation and the way my script is written) I get a call not even twenty mins ago and they go well we can't fill them until Tuesday, lol so I said that's fine I asked her how that made sense and finally she replied and I will quote it "well it's under the discretion of the pharmacist on duty at the time to make the decision" she said call back in the morning to speak to someone else. This honestly has to be the most bitter and most miserable person so I wrote this for her. Your lucky I'm giving you 2 stars because your co workers are actually good people. Your a sad sad sad sad person honestly. And I think customer service in any defree is not in your future cuz I'm gonna call the Corperation now and make sure they know what kind of person you are. read more

As you can see, I'm not a big fan of Walgreens now. They treat you like a criminal when you fill an rx. They tried to refuse my rx saying I got it filled the day before at a different Walgreens, but found out quickly that it was a mistake (after I had the other pharmacy call them ) and they refused to let me use my coupon and were just total jerks. Don't fill your rx there, go to Rite Aid at 17/John R if you want to be treated with dignity. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. Where do I even start... first of all the cashier was an older women who messed up my online coupon, in which I had to have voided. Then redone by a manager. While this was all going on. The cashier was screaming over a bunch of customers she had waiting in line just to tell the manger who was extremely rude to me that I was a lier and that she did it correctly. When she did not. I was suppose to receive a $5 register cash coupon. Which she did not apply to my order the first time around, so I did not receive it. The only manger who was nice to me was an older gentleman named Ben. He was very helpful and mitigated the situation so both the women would stop harassing me. When in all reality I was the one who was correct and was just trying to get my rebate on the items I purchased only purposely because I had a coupon for them. Wow so much for customer service. And this is coming from someone who works in a restaurant and deals with customer service all day every day! I wouldn't even treat my worst enemy the way they treated me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! There is a nice Walgreens 5 minutes away on Rochester road that won't make you feel like scum. read more

I was hesitant about a new pharmacy opening up within walking distance of my house, but the people there are great, the store is always clean and they are very helpful. I am not certain what problem the other person had, but I've never had issues with any of the staff. I've been going there a long time and appreciate everyone there. read more
