They absolutely do not know what they are doing here. They mess up all of the time. From charging me the wrong price instead of using my insurance which is on file. To completely deleting my prescriptions. They have done a name change for me multiple times but still can't get it straight read more

The word incompetent describes them best. They don't do anything right, can't read a fax, can't fill the prescription in a timely manner. They got the prescription in the morning and by 5 pm they need another hour or two. They were nice enough to tell me I could back tomorrow. What a joke this place is. read more

The pharmacy here in Rincon is the worst I have ever experienced. 30 minutes to get a prescription looked at only to be shown by the pharmacy manager that they just do not care about the customer. This isn't a one time experience it has been repetitively horrific for six months or more. It's not that I mind it waiting 30 minutes to get a prescription filled but the efficiencies of this pharmacy our stupendously inept. The little things that could have made things move much faster or not being done. In conclusion, I called the Walgreens one 800 customer service number and did enjoy my experience conversing with them, I received a call from the Walgreens manager the next day, and he was very apologetic, but if I explain to him, the store has nothing to do with the pharmacy, and they need to get their act together. I don't even give this one star because this pharmacy flat out just does not know how to conduct business. read more

Just want to take a minute and give this Walgreens a BIG thumbs down. I stood at the Pharmacy counter for over 15 minutes. The woman at the end of the counter closest to me jacked something up, she was talking about I think we are just going to have to "eat" this one. Ok, but that's none of my business. She disappeared. The next girl looked at me and I looked at her. She kept right on playing with her phone. The pharmacist looked at me and kept on doing what he was doing. Mind you, not one person even acknowledged me. I'm at a pharmacy for Christ's sake!!!! I'm sick!!!! So, Girl #2 decided to ask someone behind the counter, why was I standing there. How in the hell would she know? She then asked me, what was I waiting for? I said, I'm waiting on y'all. Long story short and without further incident... I got my meds and left. I can understand why people go into an establishment and flip the fu$k out. Do your fu$king job!!!! You never know what someone is going through.
