Because you have a lazy workforce working there. I went to purchase a drink so I can get some change back from a $10 bill when I went to the cash register the lazy employee behind the counter grab my drink scan through the self check out and say here you go when I paid for it I asked for a change she refused to give me change said I had to buy something else so she can open a drawer. That's the reason why I went to her in the first place not the south check out you guys need to hire people that aren't lazy and sorry. I will never shop at your gas station again because you hire lazy sorry people.If I could give you 80 instead of a wine that's what I will give you a zero star rating. read more

This store has a high turn over with counter people. It seems they just hire anyone. The counter people are rude. Now that they have self check out, you ask them ( for example) a receipt, they act like your bothering them. I even said " thank you" and she couldn't even say " your welcome" or "have a good day". read more
