the customer service from manager to employee is bad, they are so lazy I went there in line #13 around 8 pm today with my form of payment which was coins & cash the cashier did not have anybody in line so I told her I had a bag of coins the rest was cash, she told me she had to ask somebody to see if she can take it, the man that She ask had to call somebody else then that made it even bad by manager "saying oh she can go to the coin machine to get dollars "because they dont take it, money is money, so I had to get out of line and go to self check out wait in line again put my own coins in the machine which I had to do coin by coin because the this not my first time having to deal with this Krogers not wanting to do something. read more

I have shopped at Rincon Kroger for twenty years (old and new location). I'm finally ready to drive the extra five min to Publix. Rincon Kroger's shopping carts are the worst you will experience at any grocery store. They are damaged and loud. That is if you can find one because sometimes they are ALL in the parking lot. There are NEVER enough registers open. Even half of the self-checkouts are usually closed. If you have a bagger at your cashier, you might as well have won the lottery. I normally have to bag all my groceries. Nearly every time I am waiting in line, fellow customers are complaining about the state of this store. I have never had this experience at Publix. Time to move on I guess. The only thing that makes me hesitate is that I love the fuel points. read more

not happy with checkout. first, not enough cashiers or baggers, especially on Sunday mornings. today I just need a few things. stopped at their Starbucks kiosk. good crew working there. after picking up my few items, head to self service checkout. Yes, I answer the kiosk, I brought my own bag. after all items are scanned, I go to pay, and it triggers Help is on the way. why? because that Starbucks drink is in my buggy! what the hell? the live video feed camera "sees" something in the buggy according to the cashier. this is just ridiculous. we pay good money, scan and bag our own groceries and then get treated like we are stealing. I enjoy shopping at this store. Employees are never too far out of reach if you need assistance. Since Covid it's never a fun task to shop anywhere really, but the Kroger app is very helpful. It tells you what items or category your grocery is in which helps me to get in and get out! The produce I have recently purchased were fresh and had a nice crunch to them. Check out lines move fairly quick and always greeted with a smile. Definitely will return for my next grocery haul. read more

Kroger in Rincon is my go to grocery spot. It's by far one of the best Kroger's I've personally been to. From going in to shop to their fast pickup, I've yet to be disappointed. This location offers a lot more then most. Just a few- clothing, toys, hot food bar, salad bar, cheese assortment, and a sushi bar. The fuel point system is where it's at! I save so much on fuel by going through Kroger. They also have a free Friday download and their app is extremely helpful. It's a huge store. In a way they sell way too many things. It might be better if they concentrated on groceries instead of trying to compete with the Walmart across the street. But you can find pretty much anything there when the shelves are stocked. Also, they don't enforce wearing a mask. There are way too many people without masks shopping there. Wearing masks is supposedly their policy but they don't enforce it. Please reject the people who don't care for the health of others and make them wear masks when they enter. Fresh meat products are not always the weight shown on packaging so you're slightly overpaying. Recently purchased hamburger in 3 lb packages at sale price of $3.99/lb. I always weigh out portions before putting them in freezer. I found one 3 lb package to be short by 1 ounce and the other short by 1.15 ounces. Not a huge deal but true price paid was closer to $4.09/lb with these shortages. This is actually the second time I've noted shorting on weights so be aware that there might have been a thumb on the scale when you're expecting full weight of what you paid for. read more

This review is regarding Clicklist, not the main store. I have been using Clicklist since it became available and it was never an issue. I pickup groceries roughly every two weeks and usually spend $130-$240 each trip. I go online, select almost the same items every trip but may change up depending on sale prices and digital coupon availability. I always print my list cross referenced with list prices, sale prices, and digital coupons. The last three times I have used CL have been AWFUL. They are understaffed, they don't pull the orders until right before pickup time. The employees are miserable, particularly the one middle aged man who is missing teeth and rocking some extreme BO. He rambles on constantly, blames his coworkers and Kroger for every mistake, and cannot figure out how to load a vehicle properly... I've been having to do it myself... which kinda defeats the point of CL altogether. Also, the people picking the items in the store don't even try to look for special products, they say they are out of something, if I double check, they have it. Also, they bag things so wastefully... like one small item per large plastic bag! I picked up this week on Tuesday, I waited 48 minutes passed my pickup time and they screwed up my receipt and order 3 times. I'm over it. read more

Love the new kroger here but only giving 2 stars because this is a place where they serve aot of food. I come here 2 to 3 times a week to sit in the cafe area and enjoy a cup of joe. This sitting are is DIRTY as the sidewalks in San Francisco. I have come first thing in the morning when the chairs are still up and the floors, tables, and booth seats are disgusting. I have come during the day and still the same thing. Do yall clean there? If yall are this laxed about what the public sees i wonder how the rest of the place looks that we cant see. Yall cook and serve food here!!!! Hoe hard is it to sweep, mop and wipe down the tables and chairs. This is not just a one time miss this is on the regular. Be wary of grocery pick up at this location. To date I have never been refunded $45 worth of item left off an order. I live a hour RT from this store and was pretty disappointed when I arrived home to find half my groceries missing. I tried reaching out via chat, called customer service, went in person the following week to the same store. The only thing they provided was the run around. So I did what anyone who works hard for their money does, deleted my account and shop elsewhere for my family now. They lost a good customer but got to keep the $45 ;) read more

So tired of getting to the front with a cart full of groceries to once again find that there is only one register open. Oh course, they usually have six or more self check out registers open. I shop on Monday mornings and am usually checking out around 9:00. I have called several times and spoken to the manager but nothing ever changes. Same thing this morning. There was someone being checked out, then two people with a cart full of groceries, then me and a gentleman behind me. Then there was an announcement that all available staff should report for their morning meeting. Really?!? Maybe you should be more worried about making customers happy rather than having a morning meeting. I finally noticed the manager looking down at the long line. They finally opened another lane. The man in front of me and also the man behind me were both fussing about it always being a wait. What has happened to Kroger?? I often pass right by this store and go to Publix because they have no self checkouts and they always have several lanes open. I keep trying to give Kroger another chance, but I guess I'll start passing right by them and go to a store who knows how to give good customer service! read more

The store is huge and carries clothing and is almost like a mini-Walmart. Store is always very busy but the staff seems to do a good job of keeping the shelves full. Employees up front are helpful and friendly. Much better than the Ogeechee Kroger which is why I drive 6 miles further to come here. read more

Beware of click list. Reserved a time of 6-7. Got a text message that the time was moved to 7:30. I went in to try to cancel my order because I was going to be there right after 6 due to one child with the flu and another needing to be at practice by 7:00 and was informed that I could cancel my order but they would hold my money for two days. They informed me that 6 to 7 meant anywhere in that time frame and that if I showed up at 6 I could possibly wait an hour. I may as well have gone in the store. If your pick up is in a certain time frame, it should be ready in that time frame, or at least be decent enough to credit my card back so I can buy food for my kids. read more

Today was the last straw. Last time I became frustrated with the reps at Kroger asked for help looking for capers, she looked at me and told me to open my eyes and look for myself. Of course I told a manager about the interaction but he simply pointed me in the direction of the capers. It took me at least 10 minutes to find them. Many times I've gone to this local Kroger the produce shelves were practically bare and the few vegetables available were wilted or rotten. Well today I went back to Kroger for more punishment. I asked the person behind the fish counter for trout. She responded that she didn't know if they had any but she at least called another employee over and asked him about the fish. This person replied that he does not know if there is any trout and that he does not know and started to walk away! I called out to him that I also do not work at Kroger and asked him go find somebody who works there. He gave me this incredulous look and I decided to walk out of Kroger and never to shop there again. People need to realize that consumers have the right to decide where to spend their money.
