Once you walk the block to the studio, it's right across from Snoopy's. Their studio is the first one when you walk into the Carter building. Melissa S. Brow lamination takes your curly unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out with a keratin treatment while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction. Prior to relocating I always had my eyebrows threaded in New York. I struggled for years with shape and growth that I was unhappy with. Tia is a blessing to brows ! Her studio is clean, posh, comfortable and always smells amazing. She even has a heated blanket for her spa table ! She does it all! Lashes, micro blading,..lamination, brow and body waxing galore ! Deb was my masseuse, and let me just say she has got some MAGIC in her hands! She asked where I'm having pain and discomfort, and I told her my back and shoulders since I work a desk job and sit at a computer all day, everyday. She listened and spent so much time on my back. She even worked on my hips and did some stretching. I was soooooo relaxed that I fell asleep a couple times. It's been about two hours since I got done and I'm still so relaxed and loose. Their system somehow scheduled the appointment for October 22nd instead, which I only discovered when a confirmation email arrived late in the morning that same day. Unfortunately, I didn't see it right away and was then charged a no-show fee for an appointment I never intended to book. It's really sad when a company makes an error and puts the blame on their customer instead of taking responsibility. I expected better service and accountability from a business that promotes itself as high-end. Definitely won't be booking here again.

I went down a rabbit hole researching plastic surgeons before making my decision. After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

I called several times with no answer and knocked. I even messaged them on Facebook. After 10 minutes, I left and headed back home. I finally got a call at 2:20 and was told they "were in the back with a client". I said I couldn't go back because I was already halfway home and several exits away on the freeway. Not to mention I had already driven 30 minutes there and my kids were with a babysitter. Ashley seemed annoyed that I wouldn't just turn around and come back. She made no attempts to remedy the situation beyond that, didn't seem upset, or even say she was so sorry. Instead she just kept saying "Well, I was in the back with a client." When I indicated I wanted a refund, she just said "Groupon handles that" and that was the end of the phone call. With such poor customer service and a wasted hour, I won't be back.
