A live agent will take your complaint. Also write a review. Hopefully people will learn that treating people poorly has consequences. Dear Mr. Pharmacist: some people will ask questions because they want to know things related to their healthcare. Maybe making an effort to understand what someone is trying to communicate to you rather than being rude and dismissive is something you should practice. You are a front line representative off your clients healthcare. I only wanted to know why you couldn't fill my prescription, I was more okay with the fact I couldn't fill it for 5 days than the way you talked to me. It was 5 days!! I would have been fine. But you talked to me in a very aggressive and belittling manner. I never pushed you to fill it I just wanted to know why. As in can you tell me what the rules are. What are the rules so I am an informed customer. Educate me. Aggressively telling me you don't want to fill it and if I don't like it I can go somewhere else is ridiculous. I have been going to Walgreens exclusively for 20 years. Asking a question doesn't mean I am forcing you to do anything. I was never aggressive, rude, or belittling. All of which you were. Yes you are the one with the knowledge and know the rules I was just asking for you to share that knowledge. And I am filling somewhere else from now on, I try to avoid places that treat you like you do not matter. They sometimes struggle with competing with the prices of the big chain places but it's a true family business and I'm willing to pay a little more to support local anyway. They do try and give you the very best prices they can but I understand it's not always possible. Overall a great place to pick up your prescription and even have roasted peanuts so.

This is a small CVS in a target store. It is also the only CVS in Pueblo, Co. Calling them means…read morewaiting for 30 minutes or more if they answer at all. Since they have few employees, they sometimes close if people call in sick. When they are there the service is great, but I have driven an hour to get there to pick up important prescriptions only to find a sign that says "Closed today. Sorry for the inconvenience " I wish they would change the recording to warn customers that they are closed, or to busy to answer, or request a call back. There's no way to tell unless you drive there.

I had driven 1.5 hours one way and been to 3 other places nearby including the ever so rude Walgreens who wanted to tell me about BS policies rather than doing their job. I highly recommend against going to walgreens for several reasons although some of them may be ok. If given the same circumstances I will definitely be checking in with her first.
