I genuinely like Walgreens for their pharmacy and wide array of other items they offer. I use their pharmacy due to injury and feel like they sometimes just treat you like a number. I have used the call center to inquire about a script I was waiting on to be authorized. The guy I got on phone was a complete idiot. . Never again will I use their call center. Anyway Walgreens has been around for years , although compared to other retailers I think their prices are slightly higher than other stores. All in all they are convenient, have a drive thru and a big parking lot. read more

Nightmare dealing with pierced, tatted, stoner pharmacy associates. Rx still not filled after 14 days & unable to get info on stock because as soon as you call, one of the aforementioned miscreants says something snarky & forwards call into hold oblivion, which after 15 minutes (x 3 now) disconnects after a brief survey. My daughter and I walked in, and the cashier immediately looked at us. My daughter was carrying her jacket. We proceeded to walk to the medicine aisle. As soon as we stopped, a worker came out from the back and was very rude, saying, "Can I help you?" We respectfully declined because we didn't need help at the time. Another customer walked in, and immediately another worker came out. We stopped him and asked for help, and he rolled his eyes and said, "They already sent someone out for you guys. I'm helping someone else." After a while, we just got the pharmacist. When he was "coming back" to "help" us, he saw that we took matters into our own hands, rolled his eyes, and proceeded to go to the back. I immediately knew that they were watching us from the cameras the second we walked in. I pay for my stuff, so I don't understand why they were so worried about me and my daughter and not the people actually stealing from them. The pharmacist was a little nicer and a bit more helpful. I don't understand what gave them the idea that we were stealing other than the fact that my daughter was holding her jacket. After I realized that the cashier gave us a weird look, I asked her to put it on, and she did. I also saw the cashier staring at us the whole time from the mirrors. I understand trying to limit the people stealing from your store, but now I would be worried about how many customers you're losing from profiling and rude customer service. read more

After they lost my family memories on a video tape that I wanted transferred to a disc I will never shop at Walgreens again I have never heard from the management not I'm sorry not anything totally rude store it's no wonder they're being sued in so many different states they don't care about their employees they don't care about their customers end of subject. read more

They are always messing up my prescriptions. Won't listen to me when I told them my son's prescription changed. Maybe next time they do this I'll bring him into the pharmacy n let them deal w him being beligerent. It's their fault!!!!! read more

Every time I fill my prescriptions there is always some sort of problem. Last week I was called about all my prescriptions being ready, waited in line 30 min, only to be told I could come back in 90 min when they were actually ready. The people there are friendly for the most part, but their system is shoddy at best. Calling customer service is no better as I'll get a call stating that my insurance needs to be updated, only to call them right back and there is seemingly no problem, but it would have stopped me from getting my medication. It happens far too often that I have 'update' my insurance every other week because their system doesn't keep it or whatever. Also, I got profiled by some of the workers for wearing a hoodie during fall and the security guard stood an inch away from me at all times. Ironically, right after I got my prescription, two people stole some goods and ran out into a waiting vehicle. Not really a great experience any time I've had to go there. read more

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY!!!! I went thete last monday to have 2 prescriptions filled. It should have costed me 0. They charged me 6 dollars. I did not have it so i had to call my doctor and let them know i had to stop my medication. My parents willingly go to walgreens with 6 dollars to pay for the prescriptions, but they were told the medicarions were free and picked them up for me no problem. I am frustrated. Hiw can a prescription go from 0 to 6 back to 0 in a month? Are the workers incompetent or do the prescription prices change that many times a month. Poor service is my thought. I took 2 tapes to be converted to disk into Walgreens on May 20th of this year these tapes had my relatives who are dead now on them they met a lot to me and now they can't seem to tell me where they're at I keep getting Fuji hasn't called us back yet for 3 weeks I've listened to this excuse but I wouldn't ever bring anything in to Walgreens iagain they're just useless. read more

If i could give the zero stars I would! DO NOT use the pharmacy on Bonforte in Pueblo. They will give your scripts to other people or enter them in their system as already filled then claim YOU picked them up and your insurance won't pay again when you are out! TOTAL insurance fraud! When you are out of your scripts they won't fill them cuz insurance has already paid them for the scripts they claim you already have! NEVER sign up for their 'consolidation" app it will completely screw up your medications! ALWAYS record what day you pick up which scripts and the quantity! They won't believe you but at least you will have a record of their fraud to report to your insurance! read more

Pharmacy us horrible, walgreens appointment system lost one of my daughters appointments for her second covid shot even though they gave her the first shot - clearly documented in their system On the same day as my other daughter. So they choose to not vaccinate a child instead of admitting their system made a mistake and taking care of it. Huge lines and no customer service. read more

Long looooong lines a the pharmacy. It's best to pack a picnic lunch to avoid starvation as well as incontintent supplies so you don't lose your place in line. They can't seem to get refills right or even call you when complete or unable to complete when they run out. I going to have to change to a more customer services pharmacy. read more
