The pharmacist was absolutely horrible. Talks to you aggressively if you ask questions. I would suggest anyone who is treated like they are less then human, with aggression, disrespect, or belittled by this pharmacist to call Walgreens main number 1 (800) 925-4733 and say pharmacy complaint. A live agent will take your complaint. Also write a review. Hopefully people will learn that treating people poorly has consequences. Dear Mr. Pharmacist: some people will ask questions because they want to know things related to their healthcare. Maybe making an effort to understand what someone is trying to communicate to you rather than being rude and dismissive is something you should practice. You are a front line representative off your clients healthcare. I only wanted to know why you couldn't fill my prescription, I was more okay with the fact I couldn't fill it for 5 days than the way you talked to me. It was 5 days!! I would have been fine. But you talked to me in a very aggressive and belittling manner. I never pushed you to fill it I just wanted to know why. As in can you tell me what the rules are. What are the rules so I am an informed customer. Educate me. Aggressively telling me you don't want to fill it and if I don't like it I can go somewhere else is ridiculous. I have been going to Walgreens exclusively for 20 years. Asking a question doesn't mean I am forcing you to do anything. I was never aggressive, rude, or belittling. All of which you were. Yes you are the one with the knowledge and know the rules I was just asking for you to share that knowledge. And I am filling somewhere else from now on, I try to avoid places that treat you like you do not matter. Also, telling me you are going to put a refusal on my account so I can't fill at any Walgreens because I told you I didn't like the way I was treated (without a negative tone or aggression) is pretty reprehensible behavior and shows your lack of professionalism.But I can see by your existing reviews that this may just be the company culture here read more

The staff is always super-friendly, the store is clean and well organized, but it would be great if they could extend their pharmacy hours!

This location deserves less than one star. The aisles are in disarray, the help is unknowledgeable. But the reason for my trip was to fill a prescription and buy a gallon of distilled water for my humidifier. The goon behind the register told me that they don't carry that. Then asked what distilled water is because they don't sell alcoholic products there. Facepalm. Then I arrived at the pharmacy at 9:05, I just had facial surgery and called my prescriptions in the day before however. Firstly the pharm tech looked at me rolled her eyes at 9:10 and just walked off. They still didn't open the rolldown doors. 20 minutes later and in excruciating pain I guess they decided 9:30 was good enough. Then she asked for my name and birthdate 5 times And still got it wrong. I had to spell my name out and birthdate like I was talking to a junkie or a 5 year old. My nose is bleeding profusely from surgery and the pain meds antibiotics and albuterol and other various scripts from my Dr. Haven't been filled and I had to go home for another day to fill them. Mind you my face just got cut open. Worst staff I have ever met. Unfriendly, unknowledgeable, the best part was she wouldn't put her phone down and actually look at me and give me her full attention, and didn't do their job the day before when I called in these prescriptions. I would rather lick sandpaper than ever go back to this pharmacy. As for the tech, being in a position of very little power, but still power over the customers, needs to be reviewed. I've never in my 43 years have i been dismissed like this before. When I asked for the manager she said, she was it. Even tho she did not have a managers name tag. No wonder Walgreens stock is in decline. I'll be getting my perscriptions from Walmart from now on. read more

I was trying to get my prescription filled at Walgreens they needed to pre-auth form which my doctor filled out and there's still a hold up on it and the reason why there was a holdup on it because they didn't have enough to fill the prescription so I was willing to take less of the prescription and I called the pharmacy and told him that and the lady that I talked to said that it would be ready in about an hour or they tried to get it ready an hour so I called them back and it was a little over an hour and I talked to a male and he was very rude he asked me my address and I told him and he asked me if I was if I had ever lived out of state and I had just moved here from California. I told him that I was going to my daughter's wedding and we were we would be going out of town and I would like to get it before I leave. He then told me that I was being pushy and that he was just going to skip this prescription and hung up on me. My daughter who's an RN called the pharmacist and he told her that I cannot get any prescription refilled at walgreens. This is my first dealings with Walgreens pharmacy but they were very rude he was very rude to both me and my daughter. read more

Employee was rude. I took my disc of pictures to print and instead of him telling me that the disc readers don't work as he saw me with them when I walked in he waits til I'm struggling to figure out and he tells me "those don't work" real rude like I'm stupid. read more

Review is for the pharmacy, customer service in the other part of the store has always been very good. I've been getting my prescriptions from this Walgreens for the past 4 years. I could get them cheaper (at the request of my insurance) if I were to purchase them online but I like the human touch of talking to an actual person, and I also like keeping my purchases in my community, so I choose to get them filled here. After today, no longer. The service in the pharmacy has always left a little to be desired, but today I was treated so poorly, I'll never go back. For some reason, there has been a glitch in the refill system and instead of getting refills every month, I have been getting refills every 2 weeks. These refills come with a daily text and daily phone call, so I wanted to clear the issue up and have the system updated. As I was picking up my refills today, I told the woman assisting me of the issue and she was instantly defensive, unhelpful, and rude. She kept talking over me in a loud angry voice telling me all I could do is go home and cancel it myself. For whatever reason, me bringing up the problem really pushed her buttons. After attempting to have her change the refill date in the system multiple times, I had to ask for someone else to help me. Another woman came over and adjusted the date. The whole experience was so poor. No one with this kind of an attitude should be working in a customer service position, let alone one where they are dealing with personal medical issues. So much for wanting to keep my money in my community. Online from now on is how I'll be filling my prescriptions. read more

Yes, there are times that service is a bit slow at the pharmacy, but for the past year or so my experience has been that they attempt to have an additional member of staff help out. I have never been treated rudely by the pharmacy staff, and have been going there since this location opened. Today, my physician sent over an urgent prescription request in order to avoid my symptoms developing into pneumonia. They had my prescription ready for pickup in about 30 minutes! I can deal with a wait once in a while for urgent service like I experienced today. How could I possibly have received my prescription quickly from an online service? As another person posted, I like having a pharmacy where there is someone I can talk to in person. Thanks, Walgreens! read more

Ok Walgreens, you've apparently lost your mind. Why do you charge less for items that are online than In store and not honor online prices??! If you think I'm ever going to shop in your store now -you're crazy. I'll always just think it's cheaper online. Shame on you for having 2 different price points for the same items. Had 2 prescriptions to pick up. Went through the drive-thru. Got home and had only one script in the bag (in 2 bottles). Went back to Walgreen's. They treated me like I was lying and an addict. Eventually I got my money back for both scripts. Plan on transferring to a different pharmacy. Too many problems at Walgreen's. read more

Multiple times this store has tried to charge me for prescriptions covered by insurance. Best to go elsewhere and avoid any hassles.

Said plainly, this Walgreens consistently has the longest wait times to pick up a prescription in the history of the world. I routinely stand in line for long periods of time to get a simple Rx picked up, I'm not waiting to get it filled just pick it up. They rarely have more that one person working the register esp during busy times like right after work. The staff is generally nice but if you are in a hurry to pick up you RX, you had better bring a pillow and catch a nap while waiting. This would be a more effective use of time. #firstworldproblems read more
