Finally, another girl comes out from back. Doesn't even take 5 steps to the counter. Yells, what are you picking up today. The whole disrespect irritates me. It's not just this time, it's most everytime. The woman are snippy. I go many times a month. I have lupus and have trouble standing and waiting so long. No chairs for disabled. They won't answer the phone when you try to call for an emergency, they don't have meds in stock that we need on a regular basis, the blond woman with glasses acts mad all the time. One time an employee followed me out and said I should call and complain about the way she treated me. I should have, but didn't. John and Cruz are great. The others need to be fired. They close now for lunch. Once, I was just a little above the privacy line looking at an item on the shelf. The girl pretty much scolded me in her tone to step back. I'm done. I'll take my business to Palace Drug in Canon City on Main Street. They care about you. I'm really appalled. They've lost my business which is 1000s of dollars a year.

I hated it…read more BUT here in Canon if we didn't have it, we would have to drive an hour to either Pueblo or Colo Springs to get stuff. This one is fine. It is mostly neat and well kept. They took out 80% of their manned cashier lanes and put in TONS of self check lanes (which, honestly I don't mind). I have gotten vaccinations at the Pharmacy and their staff is always friendly, but the Pharmacy always has a long line no matter when I go. And if you make an appointment for a vaccine know that it means nothing, they will do it when they have time (which is often and hour after you made the appointment). They do work hard and are professional, just a little understaffed. Bakery does good work. I have ordered cakes there and they always turn out well and taste great (love the whipped icing). The grocery pick up is the only thing that I would give 1 star. I have had them not bag items and just throw them in the back of my truck!? Twice I got home and found that the cleaning solution I bought didn't have the lid on tight and poured all over my groceries and bed of truck - they did refund all damaged food. And they have tons of problems with their "system" or so they say. I have had orders not ready on time (and ready hours later). Also have checked in to pick up after getting a "your order is ready for pick up" and had to wait 30+ minutes. I actually had to stop using it, it was so bad. So it is what it is. Mostly fine!
