I hated it…read more BUT here in Canon if we didn't have it, we would have to drive an hour to either Pueblo or Colo Springs to get stuff. This one is fine. It is mostly neat and well kept. They took out 80% of their manned cashier lanes and put in TONS of self check lanes (which, honestly I don't mind). I have gotten vaccinations at the Pharmacy and their staff is always friendly, but the Pharmacy always has a long line no matter when I go. And if you make an appointment for a vaccine know that it means nothing, they will do it when they have time (which is often and hour after you made the appointment). They do work hard and are professional, just a little understaffed. Bakery does good work. I have ordered cakes there and they always turn out well and taste great (love the whipped icing). The grocery pick up is the only thing that I would give 1 star. I have had them not bag items and just throw them in the back of my truck!? Twice I got home and found that the cleaning solution I bought didn't have the lid on tight and poured all over my groceries and bed of truck - they did refund all damaged food. And they have tons of problems with their "system" or so they say. I have had orders not ready on time (and ready hours later). Also have checked in to pick up after getting a "your order is ready for pick up" and had to wait 30+ minutes. I actually had to stop using it, it was so bad. So it is what it is. Mostly fine!

They assured me it would be in within 2 days. 3 days later I called. They never ordered it. Promised they would and it would be in in a couple days. I called back 3 days later, didn't order it. 4 th time I went in, and the young woman was very nice and said they hadn't tagged my first 30 days as a partial so I wasn't eligible for a refill for 30 days. They would order it and fill it on the 7th of September. I was notified it was in. Picked it up and they charged me for 90 days. Called them when I got home. Pharmacist Offered to let me return 30 days for refund. I'm pretty sure you can't return prescriptions. Rather than travel all that distance again I'm just going to have to give up. He also told me I could transfer to another pharmacy. Problem with that is I need a specific brand which they carry. I'm allergic to the other common brand. I've been on the medication for 27 years and I've never had an issue at my home state pharmacy. Too bad they can't ship across state lines.

This location is definitely 5 stars for service and friendliness. I often have questions for the pharmacists there and they always go out of their way to help me.
