My friend and I once saw a guy smoking marijuana in the back by the meat section at 10:30 at night! The latest visit wasn't much better. I went in to pick up a simple money order(which, I was later corrected , is called something else. I didn't know you couldn't pick up money orders). When I got up to the counter, they were changing shifts. The relief person, Mary, was VERY RUDE, not only to me but to the woman she was relieving, making snide remarks and very uppity. I have called Walmart Corporate about this because, like I told her "there's always someone above you." Pretty sure it's been OVER a WEEK and the store manager has not called me back. Even if s/he does, I won't hold my breath because she's been there over 15 years, which, IMO, is long enough to know better. She will probably just get a slap on the wrists and continue to be the fart on people's ice cream. Ok Mary, we gonna have words next time if you keep it up. I have spoken to them many times in person and on the phone. They are conscientious about their patients, wanting to help them get their medications timely. Also, one time I had some concerns about medication that had been exposed to high temperatures and they were able to tell me if that was ok for that medicine. If you go through the drive thru they will pass you an electronic pad to sign. Its not too much of a hassle. And once you get to the window it's usually quick. I think they have a good selection of products. Including walkers! And even candy and soda.
