Do not recommend the pharmacy. Hours are terrible. Lunch breaks twice as long as posted. Always a long wait.

Rudest employees ever! They were racially profiling my teenager and her friends while they were just shopping! An old lady came up to them and demanded them to leave or to but something AS they were holding onto items. This has not been the first time this had occurred. I understand teenage groups may look suspicious, but they were the only girls in the shop, minding their own business. We are regulars and come at least twice a week. They are completely rude and disrespectful to my young girls. NEVER GO HERE!!!! read more

I have a condition called Vasovagal syncope which makes me dizzy/light headed, so sometimes I get overwhelmed and need to sit down and take a minute. While I am in an aile in this Wallgreens I started to get light headed so I sat down for a moment. A male employee approached me. He told me I wasn't allowed to have drinks in the store (I was drinking a coke because my sugar was low) and preceded to give me a rude glare as he walked away. I've never heard of such thing. This man was very passive-aggressive and looked like all he wanted was for me to leave the store. Do better wallgreens. read more

They wouldn't let me return something I fucking bought for 15 dollars and I didn't even use it like WTF.

so was down in the Plainfield Route 59 area last couple of days..I dropped off some laundry to get done and was doing a couple of things in the area and going back to get my laundry I decided to stop and get a prescription refilled at the Walgreens on the corner of Route 59 and Illinois State Route 126... from the tree-lined area looks like a nice pleasant facility but can't judge a book by it's cover pulling in you realize that this is an area that's kind of up and down and used to be really nice but it's kind of changing and not for the better this part of Plainfield...so first thing when I pulled in I noticed it was a shopping cart in the middle of the parking lot and a big bag of crap in the next to it whatever kind of garbage they tossed why can't you put on the freaking can?? walking in I noticed that it was kind of a messy looking store not very clean they had a truck that delivered you can see they were putting stock up and that still didn't matter the floors were yucky, wasn't greeted when I walked in..but I appreciate it to the back by the pharmacy they were pretty good they were propped the kid that was work and took my medicine bottle and ran it into the computer said I have it done in about 20 minutes or so I said that's cool I'll go out to the car and listen to music come back in. I did have to use it so I walked into the can and it wasn't very clean..they have the fountains turned off for covid-19 but they could do a lot better job in keep in the bathroom maintained. so I wash my hands when out came back in about 20 minutes later my prescription was done paid for it and left.. read more

This location is nice. It can be tricky to get into because the 2 streets by it have a lot of traffic. Just went in to grab something quick & noticed the beautiful flowers they had. I love Spring! read more

I've used this Walgreens location twice to pick up my site-to-store photo prints. Both times, there wasn't anyone at the photo counter. But within a minute of pressing the "call for employee" button, someone arrived at the counter. Impressive considering there aren't a ton of employees in the store, and you never know what someone is caught up in. I will definitely use this location again when I'm too impatient to wait for my Shutterfly photos in the mail! Located at a busy intersection (Route 59 and Route 126), it's much easier to get in and out than I would have expected. read more

NEVER anyone at the registers when it's before 5:00pm! Not sure what's going on with all the Walgreens in general but be careful when picking up toiletries or cleaning supplies when waiting for your prescriptions! Unless it's on sale you'll pay $2-4 more. Toothpaste that I found at a grocery store was $3.00 more at Walgreens! And definitely don't buy your greeting cards there! I like this Walgreen, it's pretty brand new. It's only been there for less than 2 years. It's in s great spot because it's down the street from the high way. It's usually not that busy but there are times when they have allot of customers because of fests that might be occurring in downtown plainfield. It has an awkward parking lot, in my opinion it's very small.but you can always get parking, you just might have to walk a little bit. it's clean inside and the staff are courteous. On the days that the town of plainfield have fests there usually is a small line to check out and leave. read more

Always always wait too long. Hire some folks in the pharmacy. There are always people waiting. I Had to wait 20 mins in line Nd.Then was told to wait . I just wanted to.drop off a person eruption for.later pickup. I finally left and told them they take too long. Where did all of the customer servi e go in this business? I order pictures usually right after I return home from vacation. I get the photo books for my sister as a gift. I bought one last year and it turned out really nice. I ordered 2 and received the 1st today. It was damaged in delivery due to the box being too large for the book and they did not put any bubble wrapping or cushioning to keep it from getting dented. Also whoever shipped it did not close It properly as the end was sticking out and possibly caused the damage to the book. I did an on line chat with Walgreens and explained what happened. I expected money off and they refunded the whole amount!!!! I cannot believe the service! I am expecting the 2nd book in the mail next week and hope it won't be damaged. I trust in Walgreens who backs up their services and I will be back to get more books in the future. You cannot go wrong with the quality (pictures and paper they use) turned out wonderful. I went to Walgreens to refill my prescription which showed one refill before 2/15/15. The female at the pharmacy checked my insurance card. It was okay. She said my doctor had to call my insurance carrier to okay the prescription. I never heard of this procedure. I asked her to return my prescription bottle and she told me she threw it away. I will tell my doctor about this situation on Jan.20th when I go for my appointment. I am upset with Walgreen because all I wanted was a refile and they made outrageous requests. If anyone can give me any advise or comments about this situation with Walgreens. Please let me know. Thank you. read more
