It was a single-pill script, so after the 15 minute prescribed wait, I hopped in line to see if it was available. Usually, my CVS app would alert me and/or I'd get a text, but neither happened. The pharmacist was like, "Yes, we called her name" when I asked if it was ready yet, which was strange as I absolutely didn't hear it. Strange they're not up to date on their technology, but alrighty. I also had to tap my card twice to pay. All in all, glad I stopped in as it saved me a trip at home but the vibe sure was something else.

This CVS is smaller than some others so it's not as well stocked with holiday items during the end of year holiday season, and have a small refrigerator and freezer section. With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. This CVS has been a welcome addition to my Old City neighborhood since the day it opened.

Tons of sales, recommend downloading slick deals app and the members on there are happily pointing it out to you. Recently got toilet paper and Ferraro rocere fancy chocolates, the best, for much less. Customer service is pretty good here, the only thing you have to make sure is just because they say they have the product doesn't always mean it's there. Especially the sale items. On a phone call today, the main person who works there (Andrew) yelled both at me and at my insurance company's customer service representative when we were trying to organize my refill. She said she needed to clarify with my doctor directly, because the cough medicine was a controlled substance and she didn't know how much the prescription was for -- even though the amount (in mL) was specifically written on the prescription. What's the point of having a pharmacist who refuses to read and follow the written prescription? Of course, my doctor was already gone for the weekend so he wasn't answering phone calls. I later went somewhere else to get my medicine & and the prescription was filled without any problems. Basically, this pharmacist refused to give me my medication even though I had a perfectly good prescription. If you're looking to fill a prescription, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

No - you won't like the questionable clientele - but YES - you will love Vince Meo. He cheerfully fills my prescriptions and has given me manyhelpful pieces of information over the years concerning pharmacology and which prescription drugs I need. He even saved me time and money once, when I was very ill one winter. Helen at the front counter is a doll and the people who work here are so nice. Bring your insurance card - and be prepared to WAIT if its busy - but Vince - man, I love ya!
