The one person that came to my rescue was Dominick, he was the best!! He helped me fit my pictures in, cropping.. Etc. The whole time making sure I was happy with the changes. Well, where to start…read more.. This is one of my favorite CVS and that's the reason why I'm there every single day. All employees are awesome! They are always so friendly, helpful, very kind and in a good mood! Carlos, the manager is always willing to help even if I can be pain in the neck sometimes. Lol. The store is nice and clean, full shelves, organized and ready for us - customers! Great job guys!

I actually forgot I overpaid last time I was here. Until they rang me up and it was five dollars per prescription like I pay at my other pharmacies and I ask them why it now is the correct place and last time I overpaid by $36 plus. They looked at me like I was crazy and no one cared still do not recommend this pharmacy. How can they charge you $46 a month earlier for two prescriptions and then $10 the next time and plead ignorance. It's a shame that no one cares about their jobs anymore especially here at this CVS.

Unfortunately, we arrived home to find that it was of terrible quality, and certain design flaws of the shoe made it completely unusable for us. We called up Valley Pharmacy and managed to speak to Danny, the shop owner, who made things right. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service he offered, and his willingness to remedy the situation, and it left us with a very positive impression of this business. I'd recommend this pharmacy to others - and I'd also recommend that if you do end up having to buy a post-op shoe in the future, make sure it meet your needs before you go home with it!

Comes back and says they don't have it. I go to my car and bring back my phone. I am trying to show him the tracking number from the phone. He insists on holding my phone. Finally I give it to him and say that I don't like people holding my phone. He allows a 5-second delay and says, "Huh?" I ignored him. He then repeats what I just said but in question form. I ignore him. He is doing all this extra reading to just take the tracking number. He lays the phone down and has the hardest time keying in my number. Finally, he verifies it is there. He and another lady go to look for it. She finds it. I said that it was right where he was looking before. He makes an excuse about the print was small and he read a different name. What a lame. Just apologize for taking me through it. He finally scans me out and tells me I am all done. On the other side, a lady is getting her passport pic taken, and it is right next to the chip stand. So I am waiting. He repeats that I am all done like he is rushing me out. I ignore him. The other lady looks at me, and I politely tell her that I want some chips but to please finish with the customer. I get my chips and go. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. How do you handle customers so rude?
