I am writing this on behalf of my husband. He has been going to this pharmacy for a few years now…read more Over a month ago, he picked up his prescription, from his Dr, that had 5 refills on it as he sees his Dr every 6 months. My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. I hope the owner also reads this review and makes sure other more serious mistakes are not being made by those that work behind the counter.

But fast forward two hours when I walk in and I'm charged $75 for a drug that our vet had only been charging us $24 for, that is just a rip-off. I even did a little internet investigating to find the average price for this med falls between $18 and $30 per 10ML. Upon leaving Schaefer's, I called my vet on the ride home and spoke with them, they confirmed the $24 price-point. Bottom line, they knew I needed those drops (because I told them over the phone), they knew no one else in town had it (because I told them over the phone), they knew it was back-ordered and that no one else would be able to get it for me (because I told them... you seeing a pattern here???), so they charged me $75... avoid this place like the plague. Unbelievable...

Publix is another chain group where the model is the same from store to store. What changes most…read moreis the size of the shop. Publix is an amazing place to go shopping and Florida is lucky to have them here. Easy access off and on Hyperluxo and there is plenty of parking in the lot. This store has big entrance and currently there are people in the entrance taking and sanitizing the carts. The store is very big and bright and the isles are very spacious. There are big signs above the entrance to the isles clearly telling you what's in the isle. Honestly, it was easier to navigate here then some markets i regularly shop at. The team here is very friendly and helpful. Everyone who has ever assisted me did it with a smile. Team members have also offered to go to the isle and get the product I was asking about. The customer service here is amazing! The deli counter is huge and the people here are terrific. The counter is big, and they also have a sandwich and hot food area. Dairy and meat, and fish counters are big and easy to navigate. I like the idea that they have a very comprehensive supply of wine and beer. We don't have the wine store in our supermarkets in New York, it's a nice touch. Check out is always a snap and I love how they always have a bagger to help. The really nice touch is how they ALWAYS ask me if I would like someone to bring my groceries to the car. (I guess being a senior citizen has its advantages. They also have an amazing bakery with a very complete selection of fresh cakes, breads, classic items. Kudos to Publix and their management team for creating a great shopping experience for their clientele.

We went to the store, but the scooter wasn't aligned correctly, so William, one of the pharmacist said, he'd contact the scooter company for us and have it rectified. I was still groggy from the anesthesia, so I agreed and figured I could better deal with it the next day. Unbeknownst to me, William made arrangements with my friend, to deliver it to my house just a few hours later! Though it was late in the evening, William came over and was very cheerful/polite and readjusted the scooter again and again for me, til I was completely comfortable. WHAT IMMACULATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! :-) I was so impressed by William getting on his hands and knees to fix my scooter, I did what any good millennial would do...I snapped a photo and screeched, "I gotta post this on Yelp"! William was gracious and laughed at me, my dad looked confused, and so, I am keeping my word. I wish Linton Pharmacy was closer to my house, I'd never go to Walgreens again. If you live in the Boynton/Delray/Lantana area...GO TO LINTON PHARMACY, their customer service is like seeing a dinosaur/unicorn, in our day and age!
