I love coming to this location because it's so close to home and the majority of the staff is sweet and helpful. But yesterday I was in line waiting to be rung out given there was two cashiers and one was busy checking a guy out. The other-cashier who was there wasn't even looking at me and looked like she was dozing off not even paying attention and then looks at me with rude face and is like, "come on" I was a little pulled back by her attitude. The cashiers name is savannah I don't know if she was having a rough day but that customer service was not it. We all have problems but leave that at home. I work in customer service and baby let me tell you if you don't like it leave it there is plenty of jobs out there. That lady lacks training in customer service. read more

The pharmacy is insanely slow. If your Dr. sends a prescription you should call in advance to have it filled. I've waited two hours before going to pick up meds and they still weren't ready. They have lost my insurance information four times in the past six months. The people at the front register are always nice but it's not enough to save this store from its slow pharmacy. read more

This review is for the Take Care Clinic. The staff were very friendly and professional. I appreciated how comfortable they made my visit. It wasn't a long wait, and with me paying out of pocket, it wasn't unreasonably expensive. I'd recommend coming here over urgent care if your have a minor issue(s) you need taken care of. read more

The pharmacy is very slow. I have asked for 4 different Rx filled and they didn't have 3 of the 4. It took 2+ days to get them in.

Get your meds elsewhere. This Walgreens has always been the slowest in town. The drive through is HORRIBLY SLOW! Just last week my wife went to pick up a new medication and it was $1400 for a one month supply. We called Wal-mart and it was $900 for the EXACT same meds and same quantity. This is THEE worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The pharmacy can't ever get anything right! Just plain awful.

Horrible customer service. My family has used this location at least once a year for the last five years. Never had a issue till now. I did a quick google search and found on forbes.com that walgreens is outsourcing in-store clinics to hospital partners. Which means that insuranes from Medicare, Medicaid, and some of the affordable care plans will not be covered. Because of change we were rejected for treatment of a simple strep test or we could have paid close to $200.00 out of pocket to check vitals and perform a throat culture. Walgreens changing buisness models to outsourced hospitals chains to increase profits and reject care for children, elderly, and low income households is deplorable at best, but pradatory comes more to mind. I will never use a walgreens in-store clinic again!!!! Everyone who has dealt with having to change providors or plans knows that hospital prices vary greatly and are way above other clinic provider's prices for the same treatments. Let alone if the wallgreens in-store clinics do take your insurance be careful, because of this new buisness model your treatment could now be considered "out of network" and you'll end up paying the higher hospital prices anyways. I wish I could give walgreens, the hospital associated with this clinic location and the nurse practitioner at this location less than one star. The service was so horrible they wanted extra money because we were considered "new" patients since all the past clinic records were on a different health care records system. This action by walgreens and the hospitals accociated with them is a perfect example of the state of health care for the american people. My suggestion is to stay away from all wallgreens clinics, but especially this location in ofallon, MO. read more
