It's been over 3 weeks since my car was crushed by the Circle K car wash on the corner of Feise and Hwy K in Ofallon, Mo. I have reached out by phone, online inquiries, social media, visiting the store, and sent letters without a response. This is obviously on purpose. If Circle K cared about their customers and felt they had a good product they wouldn't make themselves impossible to contact. Let me add there are NO signs in or around the car wash stating they are not responsible for damages. I entered that car wash with full faith i would get the service i paid for, without worries. Instead my son and i were stuck in a wash with no where to go while the brush malfunctioned and crushed the back of my van, sending glass everywhere. buyer beware, if you support circle k they won't support you should they deliver bad products or hazardous conditions.

I am really looking forward toward the completion of their QT kitchen set up...I think it's really going to be killer. Staff is super quick and handles customers promptly and appropriately. I LOVE when you prepay for gas at a QT and the pump flies off the charts and doesn't have that delay in the pump before it needs to stop. QT's pumps will stop right on the dime. Anyway, the place is always clean, getting clean, drink fountains are dope, multiple tea varieties are my favorite, coffee's cold or hot, milk shake machines, slushy's, it's all dope and it's all consistent.

Yet, this is the fourth or fifth incarnation of a convenience store and gas station in the last 15 years. The issue could be it has larger, better equipped competitors nearby. This recent change sees an interior upgrade but that's about all. It now lacks any hot griller food items like hot dogs and taquitos, has fewer coffee options, and omits fresh foods like fruits or sandwiches. It does have the major brand name soft drinks, alcohol, and snacks. It's added a half dozen or so video gaming consoles, all of which were fully occupied on a weekday at noon. Aside from the Howdy facade and Conoco branding outside, the cramped lot with 10 gas and auto diesel pumps is the same.

However, once across besides gas there's also the well-stocked Dirt Cheap convenience store--if your stock needs are largely alcohol. It does have food items, including some specialties. And the place is usually very clean.

When I entered the establishment, I was greeted warmly by a a man at the counter. The women's bathroom was very clean and even smelled fresh. I like that they have a smiley face push button survey in the bathroom as you leave to rate the cleanliness. The same employee who greeted me, bid me farewell. Great customer service!
