WALGREENS PHARMACY Horrible customer service. Called multiple times throughout the day and throughout the week, can't get through. Constantly get put on hold and after 15mins the phone hangs up automatically. Long lines inside and at the drive-thru. Waited in the long line, just to be told the prescription isn't ready and to come back. Like really?! My favorite Walgreens location closed down so I had to come here. Will be looking for a different pharmacy. read more

Great Walgreens. Ample parking in this store. They are taking precautions for covid safety for there staff and there customers. There staff are very friendly but sometimes have to wait for assistance at the photo section and management there are not as friendly as other stores. Some items in the hair care section for ethnic hair and for some items for pain relief are not stocked up either This is sometime on a frequent basis. Otherwise good store to shop at. read more

My first visual was a homeless man urinating in front of the door motioning for me (index finger or lips) not to tell the employees in the store. I went directly to the pharmacy where the line was wrapped around the aisle and showed no movement in the 10 minutes that I waited;and, eventually decided to take over the counter allergy medicine. The staff is very unprofessional and the pharmacy never answers their phones, they always close before it's closing time or their break time. I spoke to the manager (Joel Ramos) all he did was justify their unprofessionalism And offered no solution. Walter at the Pharmacy closed at 1:26 and wouldn't tend to me. He said Pharmacist had left. I told him to speak with pharmacist manager (Julia) about the pharmacy staff and closing before their posted working hours. We will be moving my mothers medications to CVS. read more

Had a great experience at this location the location close by my home isn't helpful at all so I was shocked when I got such awesome help from John. I was seeking the Nightmare Before Christmas succulents and John offered to call if he located them. It took a little over a week but to my surprise I got a call from John and I am a proud owner of the set with Jack,Sally,Zero & Oogie Boogie. I discovered on the call he was the manager so that says tons too cause he personally assisted me in such a personalized manner. I Also picked up some other adorable decor. I conducted a Tele health visit today for my asthma. However the pharmacy that my medication was called into closed at 6pm. So I found one that was open to allow me to get this much needed medication and found this one. They are very helpful in looking up my information and having it transferred there so I can get some breathing relief. They answer their phones so fast, no judgment on our check out! The night cashier was really just so sweet to me and my boyfriend.

I had my prescription sent to this location's Pharmacy for pickup. I got a call saying my insurance didn't cover one of the things I needed, so I said that's okay I'll just pay the normal price for it. They said okay and put me on hold to find the price. When I got off hold a new person had picked up the phone. We had the whole conversation again, they told me the normal price of the medication I said okay, when will it be ready. They said 1hr 30mins. I waited that long, went to pick it up, when I got there they didn't have one of my prescriptions. I asked for it again they said 40mins. I waited an hour just to be sure it would be ready. Went to pick it up again and they said they didn't have it again, and it would take 20 more minutes. I'm very understanding about confusions and miscommunication, but I was in a lot of pain and just wanted my medicine when I asked for it. It was kinda messed up. read more

The general store had friendly staff, but the pharmacy staff was not very friendly. There was a tall, Hispanic girl ringing me up at the pharmacy. I had already made her aware that if I do not take said medication (that I was there to pick up) within the hour, I may either collapse / faint / have a seizure / die. I am Italian and would have never considered her being rude to me to be some kind of race issue, however, as my card was randomly declined (for the first and only time ever - still to this day), as I went to grab another payment tender, within those 5 seconds, she decided to ring up an extremely large Hispanic family that cut in front of me when I was looking down into my purse. She even greeted them with a huge smile. I thought that that was a little strange, because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt by assuming she was having a bad day by giving me dirty looks and being so rude. I would have never guessed that it was because I am not Hispanic or something. I said, "excuse me, ma'am, but I need to be rung up now please" and she ignored me, and ended up taking so long to ring up the family of ten, while having a friendly conversation (as half of them were destroying the store and knocking things over while wrestling in the middle of the aisle), to the point that an entirely different cashier ended up ringing me up over twenty minutes later. I left with my medicine, while my 'original cashier' was STILL ringing up the group of ten. What a nuisance! I genuinely hope that that young lady that was so rude to me NEVER has to go through what I did that day (to make a very very long cluster of terminal illnesses story short). I simply must continue to remind myself that just because I was never ever as oblivious as that person is / some of us were ahead of our time (and even my kids today are smarter than that), doesn't mean that EVERYONE is even close to fitting said description. This has honestly become an unfortunate reality / scary fact that I have to simply remind myself on a continuous basis for my own sanity. She was very uncaring and naive, as she's most likely never had any serious health complications before. I'd personally be terrified of Karma if I were her, though I wish her the best! read more

Working at walgreens before and always being a customer EVERY employee and customer knows that if a photo project comes out bad the customer doesn't have to pay for it if they dislike it. Whoever was working photo today clearly doesn't know that and needs to be retrained in that department and also retrained in having a better attitude. The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy service is awful. There's this one guy J.D, a trainee, his service is by far the worst. Every time he's the one who's at the window he doesn't check for the insurance, his attitude is awful and he always take forever. read more

Someone tells you one story the next guy tells you something different, they call you saying the medication is ready then when you show up the medication is not ready or they are not able to fill it. I was in the store about to pick up a medication over the counter. I had over heard that someone in the Pharmacy that worked there had contracted the Covid-19/Coronavirus. The store closed down for a moment maybe 10 to 20 minutes but then opened back up and resumed normal operations like it never happened. This should a very high concern and serious matter to both employees and customers which seemed to not taken seriously. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! I had to go to this location 3 times for one prescription. They kept telling me they didn't receive information from doctors office. The doctors office told me kept getting transfers around and hung up on. Yes I believe him because he put me on hold while he called twice. Forget calling wait times are over 30 mins.
