Pro tip (you pay for sides seperate, pay upfront then bring to the back to be cooked). I spent $60! I feel its way overpriced and the fried chicken was tasteless, cooked too long, and too much batter. French fries were fantastic and the banana pudding was the best ive ever had. Just moved downtown and discovered this mark. Friendly staff. They have a grill in the back that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried the catfish, huge pieces nice and crunchy. Have come here every so often since I've lived in Vegas the last 2 years, even more once I was just a few streets down and taking the bus. Staff is sweet, friendly and easy going. Reasonable prices on most basic stuff (smaller versions of certain goods are overpriced) but their drinks, snacks and such are all cheaper than others. The buyNfry is AMAZING. Today 11/12/2021 I was at this establishment. I arrival there at 7:30pm and I order my food at 7:42. We wait a hour and a half. When I arrived there were four people ahead of me who order there food. If you have never been to the "Hood" and don't know how to follow instructions and mind your own business this is an area you shouldn't be in, js don't act stupid and you'll be fine. Outside of that, the mini mart is your average mart. The fish market is what we were there for, it's inside the Mart towards the back. The fish and fries were fresh and well seasoned. They are newly open so don't be taken back by the sparseness of selection available at the moment. These guys are working hard to provide you with what you crave.
