On October 14, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m., I called to report an employee who threatened me, only to be hung up on multiple times by managers. I was speaking in a calm and respectful tone, and I do not understand why I was treated this way when I was simply trying to report a serious incident. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on October 13, 2026, an employee at this location threatened to fight me outside. I have included a picture of the employee below. The manager on duty at the time was not helpful, and their response left me feeling as though this behavior was being condoned rather than addressed. As a guest staying at the attached hotel, I find this treatment completely unacceptable. No customer or hotel guest should have to deal with threats from an employee and then be dismissed when attempting to report the incident to management. I am extremely upset by how this situation has been handled. For my own safety, I intend to file a police report regarding the threats made against me. I also expect management to take this matter seriously, review the surveillance footage, investigate the employee's conduct, and address the way my complaint was handled by the managers who hung up on me. I deserve to feel safe and to be treated with basic respect. I expect a response from corporate management regarding this incident and the steps that will be taken to address it.

Well only thing i witnesses and have tested is this place does not check for your ID which everywhere I give to testing a merchant, convince store; etc they all check for ID. I find this very alarming especially for those whom purchased cigarettes alcohol or any other items required by law to showing an ID to also include an ID that is valid and not expired.
