so honestly, I did see the 1.8 star review on yelp and still decided to give this pharmacy a chance. My medications were sent in by my doctor a month ago. I called to pick them up, none were ready. I finally got everything sorted out. when I did pick it up, there were three pills missing from one of my medications. will never be coming here again once I get this all sorted out. read more

The Walgreens at 19th and Santa Fe in Moore DO NOT GO THERE! My Dr. sent in 3 prescriptions during my appointment last Thursday. It is now Thursday the following week and they have NOTHING ready for pick up. I have tried to call the Walgreens for the last 3 days and cannot get through! I went in person to talk with a manager and stood there 25 minutes and still no manager! I have moved all my prescriptions to Walmart! I could be dead by now because of Walgreens! they do not deserve even one star! read more

I went in to pick up 2 scripts. One was not done. As there were few customers in this pharmacy at that time, I asked if I could get a flu shot. Carter, the pharmacy tech quickly checked me in and sent me a text to my iPhone to review and agree. Just a few minutes wait the pharmacist was out to give me the injection. I then walked out of the injection room, picked up the 2nd meds and left in less than 29 minutes. Cudos to Carter and the pharmacist!! read more

Just don't do it. Prescription put in at 1030am. Go to pick up at 12:30pm. We need just another 10 minutes for 1, but the second will take hours. Wait for the text. 5pm I call back, because no text. Tech says: Oh, yeah - I can fix this but it will be at least 90 minutes to be filled. Wait 2 hours before I even leave the house. 7:30pm, I pull up to the window - oh, we need another 10 minutes because it hasn't been filled. Are you kidding me? I'm one of the lucky ones who isn't lugging kids around; I have time and my own transportation to manage these things. Can you imagine how this is for those that don't have these things? Do better. This is utter nonsense and it's been this way or very similar for about the last year. I'll move my services to 89th and Penn after this time. read more

After a terrible experience with CVS we came here to have my wife's antibiotic prescription filled because crappy CVS didn't have it and didn't bother to tell us until we left and had to come back. The pharmacist here was great and called them twice to have the prescription moved because they HUNG UP on him the first time. The young lady (I think her name was Rola?) who worked the desk was extremely helpful and was working nonstop to help not only us but other customers who continued to come in. I will not only switch my wife and daughter's prescriptions to this location but also mine as well. Your pharmacy sucks. I refilled my child's ADHD with our PCP 2 days ago. Today I get a call that it's ready. I go to pick it up. It is in fact NOT READY TO BE PICKED UP because they said her insurance needs an authorization. They should've gotten the authorization BEFORE telling me it was ready. Now, she has to go all weekend without her medication. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed as I have to go through this with this pharmacy EVERY MONTH. Y'all don't even deserve the 1 star I gave. read more

They are so slow. I work two jobs and don't have time to wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour to be talk to so rudely. I switched my prescriptions to an independent pharmacy called Lassiter Drugs. I can't stand this place and won't be going back again. I will say that they were good years ago but that is no longer the case. This is by far the SLOOOWWWEST pharmacy in town. Do not order prescriptions here if you want them quickly. Prepare to wait 30+ min in the drive through line only to be prepared for them to tell you they aren't ready (despite the app saying they are), and asking you to wait another 15 min. Ugh. This location has always been well-stocked and clean during each of my stops. I also like that it has a Redbox and it is conveniently located by chez moi (my place). Each cashier has been friendly and helpful that I've encountered. Not sure sure that there's much to complain about. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to in my entire life. I have been using Walgreens for 20 years but when I moved to Moore this was the closest. Their pharmacy is so horrible. Their incompetence is overwhelming. Just looking at the yelp reviews, the Google reviews they are the worst Walgreens in the state of Oklahoma. What makes it worse is that they just don't care. I could go on and on about mistake And utter rudeness but a simple waste of my time. Walgreens should be ashamed of this location. read more

I shop here quite often. They aren't fantastic but they aren't horrible either normally. Tonight was ridiculous though. Came by 10 minutes before close for some tampons and they had already closed. There were many people who expected them to be open in the parking lot who stood in front of the doors trying to figure out why they weren't open. I live very close to this location. Due to convenience, I overlooked how rude the workers were for 2 years. It was not until the pharmacy department left me waiting with a sick baby in the car for an hour, that I made up my mind to never shop here again. I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon my arrival for pickup, I gave them my name and after 15 minutes of waiting, I was asked to send my ID and insurance card in, even though I filled prescriptions there many times in the past. 15 minutes later, someone came to the window and asked me if I had ever filled a prescription there before. This was annoying to say the least!! They had all of my information on the cards they requested and could easily pull up all my family's previous transactions! After I answered them, they again left to speak to the other people at the 2nd drive-thru lane. I still had no medicine for my son, an infant, who was crying this whole time. 15 minutes later, they sent back my drivers license only and told me they would not be able to fill my prescription. They didn't even give me the option to speak before going back to talk to the other drive-thru line. So there I was, no medicine for a sick kid, no explanation as to why they would not fill it, no prescription and no insurance card. I sat patiently waiting for someone to come back to the window so I could get them to send me back out my insurance card and the prescription for me to take elsewhere. Being that my son was so sick, I did not want to take him inside. After another 15 minutes, and 1 hour total...the pharmacist came back to me saying, "Look. You've been told that we can't help you. I am shutting off the intercom and if you're still sitting there in 3 minutes we will call the police to have you removed." I tried to explain I was waiting for my insurance card and my prescription, but they had already shut off the intercom and couldn't hear me. I ended up calling the pharmacy from my cell phone while sitting in the drive-thru line and told them they still had my stuff. They sent it out to me. No apology. And still no explanation as to what was going on. I actually went a mile down the road to a CVS, where they were super friendly...and told me that my insurance & Wal-Greens had both made some changes, and so Wal-Greens no longer filled for my insurance. How simple that would've been for them to tell me, had they wanted to. Instead, I was treated like some crazy criminal! I tell everyone I know to steer clear of this particular branch! read more

Every single time we come here, no matter how long we've waited between the doctor visit and coming to get meds (I thought running errands for 2 hours would help), they don't have all the medication ready. The pharmacy is the slowest of all. I would say on the application for pharmacy employees it asks if you can say" Our computers are running slow today" You get the job. I feel sorry for these employees because it is not the computers it is the unorganized person in charge of the pharmacy. I myself have filled many scrips here and am tired of hearing this excuse so will go to CVS. read more
