For me, I prefer stores where the sales associates not walk over to me the second I walk into the store. For someone else, they might feel that the service is lacking if the sales associates don't say hello the minute they walk in. This is totally subjective and doesn't represent the quality of the makeup at KIKO. Like many other makeup brands, not every single KIKO product is my absolute favorite and what might be a favorite of mine, based on my skin coloring, sensitivity or the look I'm trying to achieve, may not be a favorite to someone else. It's common sense. But.....KIKO has a lot of really great makeup products at an amazing price. Where I use to pay $40 for a NARS bronzer, I now pay $12 for two bronzers at KIKO, and I like them better. I've switched many of my more expensive Chanel, Nars and Dior products for KIKO and I couldn't be happier. Take the time to look on YouTube for KIKO dupes, you won't be disappointed and your wallet will thank you :)
