Pharmacist was good, technician was bad, trying to rush me while filling out paperwork wrong.

Overall, this Walgreens has been pretty good but I'm writing a review about our flu shot experience earlier today. To preface this, hypodermic needles scare me half to death. I'm always anxious about getting immunizations of any kind and it's worse if it's something else like a blood draw. We made appointments online and arrived on time. We had to wait a little while because someone was ahead of us. Not a big deal. My spouse went first and he asked the pharmacist if he could stay in the little stall with me due to my anxiety. We were unsure if we'd be allowed that or not, due to COVID. But the pharmacist allowed it. I told the pharmacist that I was really anxious and I was told not to look. My spouse held my hand and I closed my eyes. I only knew he'd even started because I heard the noise the syringe makes when they're empty. He'd already removed the needle and covered the site by the time I realized what happened. It legitimately did not hurt, it was very fast, and it was free with our insurances. It was a great experience. If I can get through it, anyone can. Do recommend. Edit to add: The pharmacist made sure our special bandaids were right side up so they can be read. This pharmacy is pathetic. I've tried to call in a prescription multiple times for a patient. The pharmacy tech answers and says "I'll transfer you to the voicemail, it'll sound like it disconnects but it won't actually". Well the call literally disconnects. So I have tried calling back to tell him this and he hangs up on me after saying "well the pharmacist is busy". I tried to call and let a manager know that this was happening. She had zero inderstanding, and put me on hold to look into it. 5 minutes later, the phone call disconnects. I now have a patient who I cannot call a prescription in for. Absolutely disgusting service. I let the patient know that this was happening and offered to call in her prescription elsewhere. read more

My Vet called in a prescription to the pharmacy yesterday morning. Last night I called and it was still not ready. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 am. At noon I called again and they said it would be ready by 3:00 pm! I told them to forget it and cancelled the order. I went to another pharmacy and got it filled within an hour! The Pharmacist told me they didn't have all the information they needed - really?! Because no one asked me further questions each time I called to check on the status. read more

Nope, nope, and h*ll no. This is by far the slowest and worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. When I placed the order over the phone, I was told it would take 45 minutes to fill. I got to the pharmacy a hour later and not only was the pharmacy tech rude and unapologetic, she was short and curt AND my prescription was still not ready. She asked for my number to text me when my prescription was ready and although I provided it to her, I was never texted, or called for my prescription. I called the following day only to find out it was ready for pick up. I will never use Walgreen again. Worst customer service ever. Why do I have to give any stars in order to provide a rating? My rating is 0 but Yelp requires at least a star. read more

Went into the store to get benadryl. Found the wallagreens brand that stated it was 6.99 with 1 dollar coupon to kae it 5.99. When I went up to the register it said it was 20.99. When asked for a price change the manager accused me of switching the tag. Um hello I didn't touch anything or switch anything! I would never do that. Never go here. These employees will accuse you of switching tags!!! And not honor THIER MISTAKE!!! read more

Went in to get only half my dogs rx because once again they never have it even though I order every month. I pull up and the woman says something lightning fast after I was sitting at the window for 5 minutes, I was checking emails and glancing over to the window but I didn't understand her gibberish when she finally did get to me. I thought she said are you picking up so I said yes for my dog and she gave me a dirty look like how dare you answer me incorrectly and then continued to be curt and rude to me throughout the entire interaction. I wish I would've gotten her name and reported her to the manager but this location is a dumpster fire anyway and I see them closing. They close all the time unexpectedly for no staffing, their store is always a gross mess with leaking from the ceiling. Not to mention I asked when the other half of my rx would be ready and she stated tomorrow or Monday which was 4 days later. I called the automated messenger and it says it won't be ready for another 2 days and that puts me at the end of the pills, my dog cannot miss a dose as it takes over a month to get levels in the blood. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies immediately and telling everyone to avoid this pharmacy like the plague! read more

I stopped in to the Walgreens at 37th & 287 in Loveland, CO. I selected a small item and got in line....to wait and wait and wait. 15 minutes later, I was able to make my purchase. There were only TWO customers ahead of me! Open TWO lanes until 7PM, especially at the holidays! How it can take your turtle-slow cashiers 15 minutes to check three customers out is beyond me! Took my elderly mother in on Sunday for a flu shot. Pharmacist did not instruct my mother to take her arm off the table nor ask her to relax. My mother said it felt like the injection hit her bone, she is frail. Won't be taking her back to that location. read more

Was In For A Few Items Ive Seen Online, The Website Said They Were In Stock At This Location. Happened To Cross A Manager Talking To An Employee. (I Suffer From Social Anxiety And Depression So One On One Service Is Usually Ideal For Me.) Waiting Until They Were Done Talking The Employee Tried His Best To Help Me Find Them. The Items I Was Looking For Weren't In Stock. The Cashier At The Time Called The Person They Were Talking To Earlier To An Aisle To Assist Me. Pointing Towards The Location. The Woman I Talked To Told Me That They Haven't Had This Item For Sometime. Walked Me Up And Down That Aisle About 3 Times And Said I Could Try My Luck At Seeing It In A Busier Location. I Asked If She Could Maybe Check In The Back She Told Me Everything That They Have Is Out And That They Rotate Stock Regularly So She Would Know. I Showed Her My Phone So She Could See The Items (Also Including The Fact They Said "IN STOCK") Huffing She Walked Towards The Back Room As I Stood With The Front Cashier From Earlier. Asked Him If He Knew How To Check His System To See If Any Other Locations Had These. (He Didn't, I Nodded And Put My Head Down Watching The Floor In The Meantime.) The Phone Rang And The Cashier Answered It. He Told Me She Said No And I Left. (Considering I Put Myself Out There To Talk To Her, I Was Saddened That She Hadn't Even Tried Walking Back Towards The Front To Tell Me This Herself), She Was Chatting With Another Employee Towards The Back. The Customer Service For Management Could Use Some Work.
