If they weren't, you would have to drive - rather than be able to walk - outside of Sea Bright to find anything even remotely comparable. Instead, I spent about 10 minutes dealing with the automated chat system before I was finally given the option to leave a voicemail. Surprise - no call back. I wanted to ask this question while in the drug store but was told everything i needed to know was on the attached pamphlet. I used Walgreens for the replacement antibotic and Walgreens happily spoke to me about side effects and interactions. Apparently, robots are ruling CVS, and I better learn to fit into their very limited options. When there is a potential medication issue, patients should be able to speak directly with a pharmacist--not fight their way through a computer system or an uneducated cashier.

They often get prescriptions &/or the pricing wrong, (eg telling me a $10.00 rx was $1700.00) & they impede transferring prescriptions to other pharmacies. Additionally, the instore staff is not only rude to customers they are rude & nasty to each other in front of customers. ​Even though they're the closest pharmacy to me, once I get my last prescription out of them I won't be going back.
