If there was a rating lower than 1 I would give it. The store is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Staff is rude & unresponsive. You can't reach a human in the pharmacy depth., you have to leave a voice mail which often aren't responded to. They often get prescriptions &/or the pricing wrong, (eg telling me a $10.00 rx was $1700.00) & they impede transferring prescriptions to other pharmacies. Additionally, the instore staff is not only rude to customers they are rude & nasty to each other in front of customers. ​Even though they're the closest pharmacy to me, once I get my last prescription out of them I won't be going back. read more

The pharmacy is horrible. Came in to get a simple cold prescription filled from the doctors. Woman pharmacist was rude and incompetent. Took over an hour and a half to get my prescription ready. Finally just gave up when they said another 30 mins. Went to walgreens and they filled it within 5 minutes. Will never waste my time there again. read more

I have never experienced such rudeness as I have with this Pharmacy. The Pharmacy manager in particular. I'm actually scared like a child in class when I have to check on a refill because I know what I'm going to get. The other day I got the nicest person and I thought, oh, maybe they've changed staff, only to find out I was calling the CVS on rt. 35 in ocean. That Pharmacy manager was kind, and helpful. When you are dealing with prescriptions, medication, much like a doctors office you want the staff to be patient and kind. My advice, even if you have to go out of your way, spend your time and money where you are treated respectfully. read more

I scheduled a 12:40pm Covid test at the drive thru on Saturday 12/5. I got there early just in case there was a line and although there wasn't much of one I ended up waiting over 2 and a half hours before I could pull up to the window. I called the store during this time and spoke to one of the staff who said that there was some computer snafu along with a " new" nurse they were orienting to the procedure for test administering. I understand these are trying times but they could have at the very least sent a text or announcement to us waiting outside as to the delay!!! My suggestion would be to anticipate the surge and opt for a better equipped testing center!! read more

Zero stars would be my choice for CVS overall. Super long lines always. I understand there is a run on fly shots but when you make an apt they should reserve a dose. So was told to call after 6pm which I did. Waited on hold for 15 mins 24 sec to learn they got a new supply was too busy to give shots. I said please hold one for next day I'd be there at 2:30. They said they couldn't but would have plenty. WRONG. Arrived 2:30. Waited my turn. None left. Called both Little Silver and Eatontown. Again waited for each 12+ mins. NONE. I must be out of my mind to continually get medications at any CVS. They are all the same. read more

Nice store, makes you feel comfortable when you walk in, usually someone always asks you if you need help when you walk in. the staff is polite and nice. the prices are not the cheapest but it is a pharmacy, the store is very clean. pharmacist staff is also polite and nice. They usually ask you found everything you needed which makes me feel like they care. i would give my money to them instead of Rite Aid. they have a lot of inventory and they have a lot of items that i like and buy. when items are on sale they can't be beaten. This is absolutely the worst store of this type that I visit. Every single time I go and try again, to give them another chance, there's an issue. Either my prescription is not ready when it is supposed to be - and I mean more than 12 hours delayed, or the pricing on the shelves is wrong, or the door is not working, or the Carepass system is down (and no signs are posted at the doors) , or there is just enough help at the Check-out, there is an issue every single time. It's worse than Kmart used to be. This is my hometown CVS location, but I won't go there again. I'll go to Deal. Or Walgreen's, for no issues and 24-hour service. It's not the fault of the nice young man doing his best at the register this morning, but Long Branch CVS, you stink! read more
