She replied the next day saying she has passed the information on to the district manager. Well it has been four business days and still no contact from said manager. Badcock was the first company since we moved here that there wasn't one issue. Item was delivered on the stated date the salesmen said. There weren't endless calls to find out about my delivery. Items arrived in perfect condition, nothing damaged. I couldn't be any happier with the level of service from Badcocks. I will definitely be shopping at Badcocks again.

I appreciate that there were no sales pushes. We set up a delivery date and I was called the day before delivery to make sure our prearranged date was still correct. The furniture was delivered on time and the delivery guys ( Justin and Doug) were wonderful. Everything was loaded into the house and placed exactly where I wanted it in each room. I highly recommend this store for quality of furniture, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and, wonderful delivery personnel. I will definitely be returning to purchase more furniture!
