Cit-Go Auto Care is the best auto repair places that I've gone to. Wally at Citgo fixed a problem…read morein my car that two other mechanics couldn't fix and he did it in 10mins and didn't even charge me. Also I got my transmission fluid flushed there at a third of the price of the Honda dealer. He also helped me identify the problem with my cruise control and found a very simple and cheap solution to it. He made a $250 fix into a $20 fix. I am thrilled to find an auto repair shop that I can trust, is great at trouble shooting, and is exceptionally reasonably priced. On top of that, all the people there are extremely nice and it always makes me happy to go. Thank you! They always have a steady stream of business. It take about 2 days to get an appointment so make sure to book ahead. They have all 5 star review on Google!

Make sure you get a "reservation number "! I called their…read morebusiness number on November 13 to order a large bone-in ham for pickup on November 30th @ 10 AM. While placing/confirming the order I asked the employee if I needed to pay anything ahead of time, and he said no. He did not offer any time of order or reservation number, but said our 12-14 lb ham would be ready on November 30th @ 10 AM. So my son-in-law goes to pick it up this morning and the employee he dealt with asked for a reservation number; called me, I knew nothing of a reservation number, I even checked junk emails, etc. I have the phone record on my phone and confirmed it was actually Honey Baked Ham's Cookeville number. The employee was snobbish and condescending, but said they could sell us a ten lb ham. So, if you decide to do business here, be aware that THEIR employee must give you a reservation number. Terrible customer service and apparently horrible employee training. I hope this ham is worth the $112 I'm paying for it!!!
