Would not recommend utilizing the salon…read more Went in yesterday at 3:15 for a full highlight and asked for some pink to be blended in as well. I did not leave the shop until 7:45. Which is fine. The stylist was new and nice. However, upon paying I looked at my bill and was charged for an Olaplex treatment that I did not request, nor was I consulted about. And I was charged an additional $72 for an accent highlight in addition to the $120 for full blonde highlights. I knew there would be more of a charge for the pink, but $72 for what I received was outrageous. You cannot see them in my hair at all. I consulted the manager after paying because I felt I was not charged fairly. The manager Cathy was a bit snarky and after admitting that she too would have expected more highlights for the price, told me to come back in tomorrow. I explained I wasn't available because I was going away on vacation. She instructed me to call her this morning to see if they could discount me. I called at 8am and she told me I could come in today at 3:30 to discuss with my stylist what she did and how she could add more to it. I told her that I already said I wouldn't be able to be in today and she told me that is all they could do. Since I had two treatments, those were the prices. So I was charged $25 for something that was never discussed. $72 for the pink accent highlights that aren't there. And $120 for my blonde highlights. I am willing to pay for treatments I request, but paying for something that was sneakishly added to my bill and $72 for something that is not existent is absurd. And being told my only option is to come back in when I am not able to seems ridiculous. Beware when getting your hair done and make sure while you're getting shampooed and dyed you are constantly confirming no additional charges are being added without your knowledge! Will not be back nor recommend to anyone.

I've been using MAC cosmetics for 12 years. I LOVE their eyeshadow. Their eyebrow pencils are wonderful....or I should say, used to be. They switched em up a few years back and I started finding they didn't last as long. Well, here's why...1 inch of actual product in this nice, long, slim tube. I'm disgusted. I thought it was a fluke, so I checked another. Nope. We are being ripped off. MAC is dead to me. What a freakin scam.

A while back I did some yard work and got a nasty rash on my arm. I went in and talked to the…read morepharmacist and asked, "Should I buy a topical cream or go to the Doctor? Is this some sort of poison ivy?" The pharmacist told me no, and within a week I was covered head to toe in a poison ivy rash, getting a steroid shot at the Doctors office. I'm prescribed a topical steroid cream that takes 3 days to show up at this pharmacy. I am unable to sleep, and am driven to the edge of my sanity trying not to scratch at the full body rash. I vow never to go here again. Fast forward to New Years Eve. Everywhere is closed, and my mother heads to an urgent care for her persistent cough that is spreading chestward. This Walgreens pharmacy is the only place open, so the Doctor sends the prescription information to them. They make my mother wait, again, for her medicine, for DAYS. This is despite being a 24/7 pharmacy, and completely empty because of the holidays. In short, this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I wonder sometimes how many people have died as a result of being unable to get their medications on time and with proper and accurate medical advice. Even if they are the only place open, I recommend you to travel to an entirely different town to get help. Do not put your health in these peoples' hands, especially if your condition is critical. They might literally kill you from ineptitude or negligence.
