The woman that did them, Kendra, applied too much adhesive to my natural eyelashes. Soon after that, my real eyelashes fell out because the false lashes were too heavy with the glue. I have yet to get my eyelashes to grow back to normal length/volume. I'll never return to this "spa." It was a nightmare.

The brow that I initially told her was larger to begin with. That was really unprofessional talking on the phone when tattooing someone's face. I will be getting the brows removed.
