On our first visit, we attributed the overall rudeness of the Manager to possibly a bad day for her. We could not figure out why she would be so unreasonable otherwise. But this last visit, on August 2,2017, was so far below acceptable customer service standards that we feel we need to take the extra step-- to bring it to others' attention so they can avoid what will unquestionably be a poor experience for them as well. The Manager of the store was generally dismissive as we asked for assistance in finding a product, and her team members were equally so when we asked for help, with a product they thought was at the register but was not. Eventually, one checked and decided to point us in the right direction. However, when we got to the register, the Manager and team member were again rude to us, and the associate and Manager both told us our membership had expired and we would have to pay full price or renew it immediately with them (We later confirmed at a different location that this was not the case). When I explained that we still had a month left, the Manager told me I was wrong and "rude" to which I replied she was the rudest customer service manager in any outlet in Lenoir City, which she is. The Manager then became unreasonable and unjustifiably hostile, and threatened to call the police (which she did not do, but ultimately I did, out of concerns over her stability). Needless to say, we are now doing business at another location, which has much better customer service. We relayed our concerns to Sally's Corporate site, and they replied that they are looking in to this, although, for now, it appears they have done nothing.

Town Creek Dentistry was the greatest experience from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and the staff makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. They are ALL friendly! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. The my Dental Hygienist Jaimee made me feel like we were old friends from back home as soon as i walked in and explained each phase of the intake process and what she were doing, answered questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I especially appreciated that there was no feeling of being rushed or pressured--just straightforward, attentive care. Dr. Beeler was extremely easy to talk to and explained every they had found and made sensible suggestions for future appointments. If you're looking for a welcoming dental office in the Lenoir City area, I would definitely recommend Town Creek Dentistry. I was pleasant to change to them and you will be also.

Our hygienists, Summer and Alli (loved you both!), were absolutely fantastic and were especially great with my 4 year old, and Dr. Phelps was very personable as well. Not as important but still appreciated was the beautiful, inviting office space. I could tell how much thought was put into the patient waiting area and it shows through in all the other aspects of the practice. Simpson wants me to fix and replace old fillings when they are not bothering me or giving me any problems, makes me question why do it....my other dentist told me not to replace anything that's not bothering me. Nothing is seen on the xrays. Everything looks good. He just said the old fillings need to come out. If your looking for a dentist I would recommend you go somewhere else as in the back of my mind this place is a cosmetic dentistry and I have been through 2 hygienists for my cleanings and still feel like there is something missing and wrong here.
