The employee named Maria was extremely rude--especially toward elderly customers. I witnessed her speaking to an older customer in a very dismissive and impatient tone, which was uncomfortable to watch. On top of that, she gave me incorrect information about a prescription pickup, which ended up wasting a lot of time. When I came back later, another employee cleared things up in just a few minutes, so it was obvious that Maria either didn't want to help or simply didn't take the time to check. It's disappointing to see that kind of attitude at a place people rely on for their health and medication. Filled on the 15th, not pharmacist the 16th, pick up on 17th and now all my meds are thrown off because I have to either skip a few days and make extra trips to the store. Why should we be penalized because you fill the prescription one day, closed the next and the next month I have to wait another 3-4 days (after meds have run out)?
