That, plus the fact that it's a fairly new location with great parking made this my family's go-to during a beach vacation in Vilano Beach. Beyond what they have in stock, their customer service was great as we were searching for things off a list to stock our vacation rental. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and offering to go above and beyond and lead us to the item versus just saying "Aisle 6." The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

After 45 minute wait on hold went to store stood in line for 30 more mins to be told I can't have the prescriptions I paid for because they voided them because I didn't pay for them. Yet I showed them the app and the charge on my bank showing I paid for all 10. So I got half the prescriptions I paid for and the kid behind the counter said he will have to look into it and call me... claims their system shows not paid that's why he voided them out. Yet in the app all 10 show paid for and delivered already. Called 800walgreens number and they said that they can't help you have to deal with local pharmacy. Thanks for holding my blood pressure pills I severely need that I paid for already and proved to you I did. Also why void and not call and let me know, why void half the prescriptions and mark them as delivered... glad I paid 10 bucks with a tip to get them delivered same day for you to screw me out of half my meds I already paid for.

This morning I tried to work through Walgreen's phone bot to find out the status of a prescription…read more After getting bogged down in the glitch-filled bot, I managed to get transferred to a human, who confirmed to me that my Rx had not been filled. This contradicted the message I got on their web app four days ago telling me that the Rx would be ready yesterday at noon. I asked why that would occur and the assistant accused me of being rude. This tack was also attempted by the pharmacist to whom I was transferred after a 5-minute hold. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that they had made a mistake and an apology. No such luck. The pharmacist, Tom (who refused to supply his last name) told me that he had called my doctor's office and gotten my Rx canceled. He explained that this was standard procedure with 'out of control' customers requesting a controlled substance. Nevermind the fact that I have not used this medication in over two years. I would be more forgiving if this were the first screw up by this pharmacy. It is, however, the SIXTH time I was given the information that a prescription was ready only to find out that it wasn't. Save your time. Avoid frustration. Stay away from Walgreen's, a company that can't take criticism.
