Went for a Hep B vaccine. Left after check in as the people in the pharmacy were taking forever. Were not communicating with me. Heard them mention making me get the shot and then charging me $72. I have insurance that would cover it. All of this is from me overhearing them. They tried to charge it to my Medicare part b but it wasn't going through despite me having UHC connected to Medicare. I also have Medicaid. They couldn't just apply the UHC and Medicaid like most people do. They kept walking off. There was a massive line forming behind me when I decided to just leave. Ridiculous. Terrible. Severely Understaffed and it takes over an hour to get a prescription. Please, if you wanna get a prescription refilled, go to the CVS thats close to this same walgreens. Its not worth waiting an entire hour in line to pick up a subscription. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the entire Northland!! No one behind the counter is helpful. The entire staff is condescending and rude!! For some reason this location always runs out of medicine... You are a pharmacy, that is literally your only job!! Do yourself a big favor and go anywhere else!!! My experience was okay. I would recommend that associates inform customers as they look up prescriptions and vaccines on the computer if there is a problem, particularly when I am standing right in front of the associate. I stood at the register just waiting and waiting as associates shared information about my vaccine/prescription. They didn't think to clue me in. Speak up. Tell me that you are having some difficulty with the prescription, or whatever it is. Tell me it will be a few minutes. Tell me something. This seems to be a trend wherever businesses serve customers. (Happens at the USPS) I decided that associates must be afraid of a confrontation. There was a glitch in the system that two associates were trying to remedy, but neither informed me until I ASKED. I don't have a problem with their service, overall. They are moving as fast as they are able. It was a good experience. Just puzzling for a while. I think some reviews are unfair on this site. They do okay. I would return. The LabCorp here sucks. I signed in at 8:15am, and now at 9:19am they have still not called me for the drug screening. Other people have been here longer. Worse, they have no instructions on how to sign in online but apparently you can make reservations! No one said I could make a reservation! And people who got here after have gone in! There is nothing to indicate when we could be called, or how much longer it will be! I really regret not going to my doctors office for a screening: it's farther away so that is why I did not. Everyone who works here takes their sweet time. Waited 30+ minutes at the drive-thru. They're not just slow at the drive-thru-- but inside the store as well. Seriously ask your doctor to transfer your prescriptions to the CVS across the street so you can avoid this location. read more

Finally time to switch pharmacies. I've given them time and time again a chance and after about five years today was the day. I have a medication I get 60 days worth and I went and picked it up on March and they only gave me 30 days worth. Might I also mention that I have picked up someone's birth control from them before and was nice enough to return it to them. They gave me someone else's medication! So the pharmacist tries to tell me that she called me within the next few days of when I picked that up and I went and picked up the remaining two boxes. I immediately told her to pull the tape on the cameras and asked her if they do inventory at all at that store because there should be extra two boxes of the medicine I did not receive. The pharmacist completely ignored my two questions and told me they would look at The camera and get back to me. I asked when they were going to get back to me and she said the next day. This is a medication in shot form and it's very expensive even as a co-pay. I do not like being called a liar, as I would never keep someone's medication that is mine like the birth control and I would expect someone to not keep shots of mine that they gave to them obviously with no ID. As soon as this fiasco is solved I'm moving to the CVS inside Target. If you stay here be very careful at the medication do you receive your medication's that you are missing. The store has gone so far downhill it's a nightmare to try and get into any time. read more

Sadly the pharmacy at this location has gone down hill the past year. They don't fill prescriptions on time or the right one. Even when you show up show them the emails stating you prescriptions are ready they still say they never received it. I waited over 6 hours for one and still not filled. I called 3 times and was told it be ready in an hour still nothing. It's frustrating when you depend on these medications for emergency refill. read more

I waited patiently in their drive thru, and I know they saw me...after they waited on the car closest to them...they came to the speaker and said one moment please while they waited on the NEXT car that pulled up. I left almost in tears yesterday after having dropped off a prescription for an ointment for my dog which cost $190. I came back today with the money needed to buy the script, Tyler in the pharmacy did everything he could to help bring down the cost for me, finding a coupon code he could use (which is tricky when filling a script from a veterinarian). He literally saved me over $100 just by taking the extra time to help me. Thank you Tyler!!!! I will be using this pharmacy from now on because he was such a huge help! read more

Worst experience I have had at any drugstore. Waited over an hour past my appointment time at the health clinic for the nurse to tell me they wouldn't take my insurance. However, I have used my insurance before with Walgreens so there should not have been an issue. I ended up going to CVS and they got me seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time, and I was in and out no problem. Will be going to CVS from now on. read more

I have been a longstanding customer of this walgreens and the pharmacy there. This past year to year and a half though Ive had alot of issues with them getting my scripts filled on time, like my migraine preventitive medication that has to be taken every 28 days or you could end up with migraines for that next month. That has happened a few times with me. Recently however they told me insurance was denying my refill of my pain medication that I take for chronic pain conditions. I was picking it up a few days later then I normally do so this confused me. I contacted my insurance to find out what was going on and they informed me that walgreens never even tried to fill it and that it was OKAY to refill. This plus all the other issues I've had (I didn't list everything or this would be way too long), led me to switch pharmacies. After I switched they tried to auto fill one of my scripts, even though Id made the change. So I called them and said, "Hey put it back, dont fill anything for me anymore because I switched pharmacies". I left it at that and didnt comlain. I found out today from my doctors office that late afternoon yesterday (which would've been after I called walgreens) that walgreens had called them to get my diagnosis code and ask why I needed a continuous script for pain medication.....I'm sorry they did WHAT? You do not need to know my diagnosis, my history, or the reason for the medication for anyone. If a doctor prescribes something you fill it! Needless to say I'm blasting them and telling everyone about it and to not use them. read more
