I really appreciate that. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and staying educated in her field, Laura exudes a warmth and kindness that makes you feel like old friends. It's a hair salon with a massage room. -The massage room isn't sound-proof, and there was very loud salon gossip happening in the hallway outside the room nearly the entire two hours I was in there. One staff member even took a phone call literally right outside the door. -My massage therapist, while nice, was wearing a cardigan that kept brushing up against me during the massage, even after I brought it to her attention. Being tickled up and down my torso is not relaxing. -I do not have sensitive skin, and I have had many facials in my life, but my skin has never reacted so poorly to a facial before.
