They have an on-going variety to choose from such as, Tea Tree Peppermint, Eucalyptus Stress Relief, Orange-Ginger Energizing, Black Currant Cedarwood & the list just keeps going. They rotate quite frequently so I've learned to purchase an abundance if I'm wild about a certain scent. I like the fact that they almost always have a sale & the discounts are worthwhile & applaud them for passing savings onto their customers. They send coupons in the mail & email. There is always a FREE item to redeem & I think this speaks volumes of how they feel about their customers. Many companies could pass on a portion of their profit to its customers, but choose not to. Kudos for expressing your appreciation in such a big way Bath & BodyWorks! Now, for the crowd...on just about every visit there is a good amount of people in the store. They seem to stay busy & although at times they run out of my favorite aromatherapy scent, they stay on top of their inventory with the option to order online. This is a great store for many of your body care needs & a wonderful place to purchase home fragrance items/gifts, too. It has also really refreshed the men's body care line which is a huge plus. Keep up the good work Bath & BodyWorks & I'll keep shoppin'!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this hair salon. I took my son to House of Hair,…read morebecause he desperately needed a haircut, but also, in order for me to check the place out. I've been looking for a hair salon for myself since my family moved here recently. Number one, I was not even met with a friendly greeting when I walked in the door. A woman who was cutting a lady's hair looked up and said, "can I help you". I told her we had an appointment. She just nodded. My son and I sat down on the couch, and waited. There didn't seem to be anyone else there. Finally, a couple of people came downstairs and a young lady called my son. Two minutes later, she was washing his hair, and cutting it. She asked me how short we wanted it, I told her, I wanted it short and neat on the sides and back, but my son liked to keep the front longer. She just shook her head, like she didn't like what I was saying. She ended up cutting the back and sides rather long and textured and edgy looking. I just looked at her, and said "that's not going to work". It needs to be cleaned up. I want it neat and cleaned up shorter in the back, over his ears and on the sides. She seemed rather upset with that comment. She barely said ten words to me the entire time I was there! She quickly cut the back shorter, and cut it over his ears, and took the cape off him. Then she didn't even dry my son's hair at all before sending us out into the cold. AND he left there covered in hair. She never even offered to brush him off. I had put her out so much, not letting her give my 12 year old some edgy hairstyle. I just wanted out of there. Overall, the salon looked and smelled okay, but the place was dusty and the floor was covered with hair...I know its a hair salon, but hair was on the floor, ALL OVER the rug in the waiting area...thick layers of hair. It just didn't seem like the salon was clean. And it was not busy, so there was plenty of time to get those floors cleaned up. The thing is, she may have only been cutting my son's hair today, but in actuality, I am shopping for a salon for me as well! I get my hair cut and highlighted regularly. I spend a lot of money on my hair. She may have thought this customer was one she didn't need, but she lost me as a customer as well. As you can see, I am going to tell anyone I can about my experience. I will look elsewhere for a nice hair salon in the Leavenworth area. I suggest you do the same.

Disappointed in the staff and customer service here and I wasn't even serviced…read more I called prior to my arrival asking for information regarding their waxing services and they answered everything and finished with saying that anyone in the shop is available to perform the wax for me. Great. I said I'm otw. I go inside the shop which had a very weird smell tbh, and I'm initially ignored by all of the staff. I loudly said hello to the one woman doing a clients hair because she was the first that I saw, and then three other staff members. Appear. One sweeping her station, another hiding in the back corner on her phone and a third nears the front desk. The one at the desk I had to initiate our speaking also which is incorrect in the customer service field.... I've been doing this 10 years you don't wait for the guest to speak to you. She should be speaking to every guest as the shop door opens. Anyways. I told them I wanted a brow wax. This chick she just looked me up and down, looked at the other staff members and was like mmmmm yea it's gonna be a "hard" 30 minutes before anyone's available for you..... I'm confused like Id just spoken on the phone with someone hardly 7 minutes prior and they said they were available. Other guests had come into the shop in that time, so okay fine. I opted to leave my name and cell number for them to call me in a half hour when they were ready. I left to grab a bite to eat and never received a call from anyone in the staff. It's been a week later and I'm in the parking lot again remembering how poorly they treated me, so I'm leaving my review. The night of when I was waiting for the call, I realized it had been three hours since I was inside the shop and they were probably beginning to close, these broads never called me. I was only even going to go here for my brow wax because the shop I normally go to, their waxer was unavailable that day so my original shop recommended me to go here to fantastic sams. Nothing was fantastic about any thing .... I will be actively going out of my way to tell people NOT to go here or to their other location either. Whether their energy was racism based, or out of laziness I don't know and don't care to speculate. It was executed so poorly. Rudely. Inattentively. Just do not go here. Even if someone recommends them. This was enough for me to get a very sour taste in my mouth over the company.
