Just horrible horrible customer service. I went in to get some things and make a return. The "manager" ringing me up kept telling me that I had already refunded the merchandise. I had just literally walked in with the bag In hand and the merchandise was sitting right in front of her. She kept trying and i kept explaining that how would I have received a refund for it if it was there. I asked for a manager to try and resolve it and she says " i am the manager" . Based on her service and demeanor (or lack thereof) i wouldn't have imagined. But then after figuring out she was entering the info wrong and was able to handle the transaction. She puts a kid to ring us up. The cashier was either watching a show on his phone or playing a game. He barely looked at me. As he is ringing me up a customer that walked in ( older very heavy set guy) asks if they have carts. The kid says "no we don't" and when the guy says "how am I supposed to carry heavy cases?" The kid responds " you gotta make do" and then begins to talk to us saying "what am I supposed to tell him, people ask some stupid question, what does he want me to do" Jesus.. these kids nowadays have zero manners, respect or tact and the management that doesn't correct it. The guy ended up leaving to go somewhere else. I would have too! Won't be back to that one. read more

I don't know what's up with this location but everything is locked up for the most part and stock is low on things that are in reach. Pharmacist was nice and friendly but the staff upfront talked to eachother and only came to the register when I walked over and stated that they have a line waiting to be checked out ! I'm glad I don't live here that I would need to visit this location often, it's terrible ! read more

Always use Walgreens for years and years but this location is absolutely terrible. Tried to check on a prescription for my daughter that I had put in for a refill 6 days ago-- it said it had an insurance hold up and that I would hear back-- hadn't heard anything, no problem it happens so this afternoon I waited on hold for 2 hours and 6 minutes. They answered a few times and said for me to keep waiting.. then they disconnected the call. I called back, same thing... answered the phone there was loud yelling and since it was 8:01pm, they hung up on me again. The lack of professionalism is concerning, my child needs the medication or I would never spend over 2 hours waiting to get absolutely no help. The staff should be embarrassed for the way they handle things. I understand being busy but the hang ups were very intentional and extremely unprofessional. If you don't enjoy your job, find a new one. People rely on this place for MEDICAL needs. Be better. read more

Another disappointing trip to this location. I really love Walgreens. However, this specific location is absolutely terrible for the pharmacy. I called for my prescription, was on hold for 45 minutes. Was told that it would be ready by 3pm. Arrived at 4:45 and still had to wait more time for it to be ready (it's not one of those prescription that needs to be prepped on the spot). I will avoid this location. read more

I have had a question for the pharmacy and have been on hold for a hour and 29 mins. The automated voice said it was 3 calls ahead of me and I've been on hold until it was down to 1 call ahead of me. Then when it only 1 call ahead of me, I got the automated message pharmacy is closed for a 30min break.I didn't want to lose my place in line, so I remained on hold- holding. Now the message says the staff is answering other calls - please hold on. Wow. What if getting my medications were an emergency? Cmon Walgreens - this is your definition of customer service? I got new insurance July 1st and was told Walgreens was the preferred pharmacy. I work in the medical field & customer service and this is NOT ok. I'm more sad for other customers than myself if this happens alot. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! read more

called in to the pharmacy confirming they've received my prescriptions to which they responded it would be ready at 6:56 pm, it's now 7:26 and i've been sitting here waiting. the man said "oh yeah sorry give us another 15 we'll do it before we close" very unprofessional & the wait times here are known for how bad they are. Don't bother calling their pharmacy, they won't f***ing answer. Just spent over 30 minutes trying to ask the pharmacist ONE question, even had the store manager do an overhead page for them TWICE, they can't be bothered to pick up the phone. read more

Abhorent pharmacy wait time. The drive-thru pharmacy is absurdly slow. I waited 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me. This is not a one time occurrence either. Every time I pick up a prescription it is a similar wait time. Why are you doing this to sick people? read more

Literally the worst pharmacy on the planet! Before arrival, I had called the pharmacy and was on hold for about 20 minutes and then talked to a pharmacist that seemed as if she was just in a rush to get off the phone. I then decided to go inside to wait for my prescription because i thought it would be a shorter wait than the drive thru but boy was I wrong. There were no pharmacist to be found even though there was a line of 5 or 6 people and this went on for about 15 minutes. I then decided to go through the drive thru instead and it seemed to be even worse. Waited in the line for about 30 mins until I was finally attended. I will definitely be getting my prescriptions somewhere else and I recommend everyone do the same. If I could leave zero stars for this location, I would. read more
