What a dump! This location was dirty and there was no organization. None of the shelf labels matched up to what was on the aisles. For example we found sunscreen on the Pet Food aisle and Insect Repellant on the Feminine Hygiene aisle. The worst thing about this location are the super high prices! We are from Southern California which is known for being expensive and the prices here were waaaay more expensive than back home! Like a few dollars more per item! We were shocked to pay more money in a worse quality store! The only good thing was the manager who was a very nice hard working man doing his best but other than him this store is horrible. My being a long term Pharma customer whom is labled a 'chronic' with spinal cord damage I was disappointed. However the Asian pharmacist there nearly 4years from near 2012/2017 was outstanding! I've recently reuuped my insurance particulars* w/ CVS. Evidently Walgreens has a GoodFaithDispersion (GFD) profile necessary every dispensation! Other than that, I'm attempting to find additional providers. Dealing with all other Pharma personnel at this location or Pharma support staff ultimately ends with the pharmacists decision,.. This place sucks! They never have my husbands medicine it's always on "back order" and the customer service is unpleasant! Then my sons insurance is sometimes accepted and other times but it's ridiculous. Defiantly writing a complaint to corp and BBB if I were you I'd go to Publix much better customer service and never have issues with my sons insurance! read more

This place sucks. It seems every time I go to buy something, the register is broken and needs to reboot which takes 20 minutes. Go grab a calculator off the shelf and ring my junk up, dum dums. One time I farted in one of the aisles and I swear it actually improved this store! Oh, don't use the bathroom here because it smells like they keep a monkey in there overnight. read more

Customer service leaves you with a very sour taste in your mouth. Waited in line for 15 minutes for meds for our very sick toddler who just got diagnosed with bronchitis, that's when the lovely pharmacist informed us that even though they close at midnight they're not filling anymore prescriptions for the night. Could've been nice to post a sign or something but the management needs to look into this issue. read more

This Walgreens deserves no stars . I purchased a curling iron about 2 weeks ago from here and came back to return it today because I got one as a birthday gift 2 days ago . The one I returned was evidently unopened as I never even took it out of the box and yes I lost the receipt so they had to call the manger Jose who comes with a face as if he is not happy to be at work today . I explained I lost the receipt and somehow it doesn't come up under my phone number which is the same one I use every time I shop at Walgreens which is very often by the way . He tells me nothing and says to the guy at the register "do we even have this" the guy says he has never seen or so he holds it up high and asks the girl in cosmetics who confirms they do and I asked him if it was still $49.99 which is how much I paid for it and he says will go check but disappears and as I start walking towards cosmetics to check the price myself he starts calling me from the photo department to go over there . He gives me a credit of $39.99 for it and tells me that is how much is for now and all he can give me and so I replied well I don't think I have a choice do I ? He gives me the Walgreens gift card with the $39.99 credit for it and I go back to cosmetics which I probably should have done to begin with to check the price which indeed was $49.99 and is what I should have gotten the credit for . I go back again and ask for him "Jose" the manager and they call him so he comes out and I asked him why he gave me $39.99 if it's up for $49.99 which is how much I paid for it and he just stays quiet like if he is in another planet and I am talking to him in another language that he does not recognize and after I politely asked about 3 times he tells me that is what he got on the system and nothing he can do about and to call the number on the back of the receipt to complain . Very unprofessional, i am a manager myself of a law firm and this is not a way to treat a customer who is being taken advantage of to say the least I will not ever come back to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens for that matter and will discourage everyone I know from doing so read more

My kids pediatrician has ordered medicine here two times and both times they screw up the process. In each case I've had to wait over 24 hours for them to get their head out of their ass so we can actually get the medicine. Absolute joke. I'm switching to CVS read more
