If your life depends on medicine from them don't accept their delivery because they will leave you hanging and tell you all kinds of excuses as to why they can't deliver your medicine . The first time it happened my mom had just been discharged and needed her fluid pills they waited 48 hours for delivery because the doctor prescribed a 40 mg pill and all they had was a 20 . They were unable to contact the doctor and I had to contact the doctor to resolve it . The second time they left me down I called for laxatives which my mom needed desperately deliver to her house . That was 7 days ago I was surprised to find out they never were delivered and called them back and left a message last night. Still no laxatives their excuse was it wasn't prescribed so it wasn't that important , followed by we don't know who you talk to there's so many employees here, and their ultimate excuses their deliveries are made by a third party company that resides next door and it's out of their control which is what the real problem is with this Pharmacy . If you want something that's not life saving it might be great to use them to have it delivered but don't rely on them to deliver life saving medicine when you need it because they will let you down .

They don't send notifications, so you have to remember to call or stop by to check. My biggest concern is that when they answer the phone, they often have the call on speaker. While they're asking for your name, date of birth, and other personal information, everyone in the pharmacy can hear the conversation. If you have questions about your medication or a private health concern, that doesn't feel very comfortable or appropriate. I ended up coming back because my doctor's office accidentally sent my prescription here instead of the Target pharmacy next door, and I had the same experience again. I also think the customer service could be a little more welcoming. If you're someone who doesn't need reminders and doesn't mind calling to check on your prescription, this pharmacy may work fine for you. But if you value pickup notifications and privacy when discussing your health information, this probably isn't the best fit.

When my father had surgery in the past and as soon as we knew the new roster of medications from that point on, the pharmacy made his new premade a.m./p.m. daily packets of his meds on the correct schedule as soon as the information/new prescriptions were available. Bennett's is a family run pharmacy located on the first floor of the medical complex. Both husband and wife have their doctorates and are passionate about helping patients. The first time I went in, my insurance card was outdated, but the woman called every number she could to try and find my correct and updated information.
