This location had people a lot more friendly to interact with which seems uncommon these days at all businesses. Honestly it was quite refreshing not to feel like an annoyance. They also had on hand parts of my prescription that other locations didn't which was great. Was able to walk in with prescriptions and get them filled pretty quickly. The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

Upon checkout the coupon was not showing on the register. So the clerk ask for a Mgr to come over. (Iliana - who I later found out was not a manager) Came over and took my phone from my hand and said the coupon wasnt being applied because the coupon was not showing in GREEN??? Because coupons show in green ON HER PHONE?? I told her that I dont know Walgreens color coding policy and does that mean she cant price adjust and not going to honor the coupon even though she sees it is clipped, not expired and not an online only coupon. After reading such awful reviews on this Walgreen's I felt I had to come on here to rub out the negativity. The staff here work hard for their paychecks and to keep the customers happy. Just prepare and call your prescriptions in the day before so you do not have to wait to pick up your prescriptions. Or drop off your prescription in the morning and pick it up with the notification on their website in the evening or the next day. No stress needed!

I'm on medicines that refill every 90 days and I kept trying to turn off the auto refill with no luck. They fill them too soon and I still have a ton of pills. The biggest issue I have is that when a refill runs out and I reorder it most pharmacies contact the doctors and I have no issues getting my meds. CVS lets me know they have faxed my doctors and are not getting a response. I've never ever had an issue like this on multiple meds from different doctors. I call my doctors and they say they never got a fax. I have them write a new script to send it in but CVS supposedly didn't get the doctors fax. I brought in a script and later I called to see if it was ready but they didn't have the script. I'm looking with my insurance for a new pharmacy. Even if I have to now drive 20 minutes out of my way it would be better than driving 7 min away with crummy service!

Test results are supposed to be back in 1-2 days but what were not told was that the tests aren't even picked up for 2 or more days after the tests are done! We were headed to Canada and needed our PCR test to get into Canada. When a location says results in 1-2 day, that's what you expect, not that the tests won't even be picked up in 2 or more days! We left there to search for another location for PCR testing.
