Employee of Walgreens is handling your med history and voted for RFK Jr to put ADHD people in labor camps

This place is always understaffed and slow to do anything. I have to call EVERY month to make sure that they have my meds and it's a 2hr hold with a 70% chance I'll have to call back because they hung up. It can take all day to get through to a person. Meds filled the day before are missing today? Employees also voted to put ADHD people in labor camps so maybe not the best place to get your meds or to have your medical history.

Still holding...only talked to a robot so far...

Denying legit medications for no reason. I'm with a pain clinic, the pain clinic gives me meds for baseline pain. I asked them before surgery if I can get additional meds from the surgeon, and they said yes. I covered all my bases, made sure I was legal, made sure everybody knows everything... So I went to Walgreens and they won't fill my prescription because they already filled the baseline. Not only that, but they kept my surgery prescription and put it in the DEA file, so now I can't get it back. I'm sure we'll sort this out with the doctors, but I'm done with Walgreens for good, and you should be too. Because this is not the first time they've done this to me, and there are many others. They are doing this to patients in an increasing manner because they got a $80M dollar fine in Florida, and now they're pissing their pants, denying and picking apart everything they can. I'd stay away from Walgreens because there is a very high chance of being labeled a seeker; go ahead and google them, or watch youtube videos, you'll see that I'm not the only one. Walgreens called me and said there was miscommunication, (they forgot to tell the pain clinic I had surgery) so now I have to go back and pick up the medicine even though I just picked up the antibiotics and the pain meds were supposed to be together. A bunch of incompetent people working there, overworked, undereducated, scared and oppressed by the DEA. What happened to the good old days where they ask about your family, asked how you're doing and truly cared about your well being...I miss my last pharmacy; good thing I'm moving.

How could this location only have 2.5 stars??? Their pharmacy is open 24 hours A-day! This is a really nice area of Gresham and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

As a former employee, I'd like to say that the team working…read morein the store and in the pharmacy do a remarkable job in such a fast-paced and anxiety-inducing environment... that being said, they wouldn't need to be working so hard if there were more people in general to help handle the load, especially within the pharmacy. During my tenure, it seems like every other day the pharmacy team was behind by tens of, if not HUNDREDS, of prescriptions. This is not to say they are lazy or not hard-working, but entirely the opposite -- each member has so many tasks to do on top of cashiering (tedious and time consuming), which is often underrated by the patients that come in. If a pharmacy technician is too busy cashiering then they can't answer phone calls, they can't put away the morning's shipment of new medications, etc. Additionally, the technology in the pharmacy acts out all the time. Patients complaining about being sent the wrong notifications, the computers at the registers malfunction and freeze up a lot, the scanners sometimes don't work, etc. Get a new IT and tech team, ASAP Invest in newer tech or at least more reliable hardware/software Humans are only human! Customer service is listed as one of their priorities, but the pharmacy team cannot always be friendly, nice, and outgoing ESPECIALLY with their current workload and also unfortunately, a lot of the patients that come in are extremely RUDE and do not always bring in the necessary paperwork to process their prescriptions and such -- their frustrations are then dumped onto whoever is unlucky enough to be cashiering and sometimes, the manager pharmacist or staff pharmacist. There is clearly a lack of trust and respect between the pharmacy team and patients. Would I recommend this place? Not really. If you want to get your prescriptions typed up and your medications out quickly, then this pharmacy has too many orders in a day -- you will most likely be told "wait until tomorrow" but even that doesn't guarantee anything.

He continued his stories and they continued to ignore me. I was feeling weak. He finally left. She treated me rudely and after another wait, the pharmacist came over. She was pleasant and offered a consultation. Horrible with customers and should be fired for torturing obviously ill people. I wouldn't have been there if I didn't need the prescription. I'm changing pharmacies.

I was really excited walking to the door seeing four of them parked right inside. When I got in, I found all four were out of use. While I was there, the person was bringing one in from the parking lot and it died right outside the doors. Fred Meyer Tennant offered to go to the other end of the store and grab one from that door. I was very appreciative to thank them. While I was shopping, it started beeping. And while I was in line and died waiting. I was able to limp it to my car by turning it on and off again and I would get a few more feet. It seems to be a regular occurrence with Fred Meyre and I've asked that they assigned the Card personnel The responsibility to have them plugged in at all times when they are in the cart area. Apparently this didn't happen. I cannot shop without one and I am really sad that I have to go elsewhere now again. Maybe I'll give it a few more buttons and give it a shot.

This Fred Meyers have gone through a lot of different layout and changes, All for the better. I know some may not like the current layout - but this really is a one stop shop store. It's also HUGE. I know it's one of the larger stores in the district too. Usually lots of good in stock items. This store also has a Fred Meyer gas station in the same parking lot (fun fact- my father helped open the gas station up in the early 2000's). There's a Starbucks kiosk inside, and a on-point; some stores located on the outside: There is a 5 guys, and a famous nails (been there for 20+ years), T-Mobile, and a few others too. It's crazy seeing some familiar faces and that there are associates that have been here since the 80's- What dedication and loyalty and really tells you about the location / employer. Good place to grab a few things or do a large shopping trip. The deli is also good too for a quick lunch.

She said corporate says 10 minutes to 24 hours. Today, after 24 hours, I called back since Willow told me she could resend them if I do not receive them. So, three phone calls later speaking to same person named Crystal who 1) told me printer was down so emailing was impossible. 2) there was no one there matching my description of Willow obviously I called the wrong store and I was lying. She said I need to go to different store and have photo retaken!!!!!And after I found Willows name I called to prove it was that store she told me Willow was wrong, she should not have told me that and hung up on me. First, Willow was a delight. She takes customer service seriously and is easily able to multi task without compromising customers. She told me she does passport photos every day and that it is nonstop. Second Crystal (a manager for 2 years she boasted) was neither willing to actually find out if my request could be done she just shut it down. She was so quick to throw Willow under the bus and call a customer names rather than DO HER DAMN JOB. Walgreens, I feel in today's world this business model will fail.
