I was fearful of these crazy lines I keep hearing about, so I was anxious and prepared to sit in my car for awhile. However, the drive thru was empty and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner did a great job walking me thru all the steps to properly sandpaper the inside of my sinuses and safety submit my sample. The test was free, easy to set an appointment online for, and I woke on the 3rd morning after to my negative test results. If I need a Covid test again or Minute Clinic, I would return.

However, it has now been over a month and a half, and the package has neither been picked up nor located by staff. This was not a small item--it was a large package valued at over $400--making its disappearance even more concerning. What is equally disappointing is the level of customer service I encountered. When I called for assistance, the response was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. There appeared to be little to no effort made to locate the package, followed by a quick claim that it was not there. Losing a customer's package is a serious issue, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy only made the situation worse. This experience reflects extremely poor organization and customer service. I strongly recommend improvements in both package handling procedures and staff professionalism.

Our family is a big fan of the pickup option for groceries - prices are good here on almost everything and the team here is really good about our order being correct. We very, very rarely have a problem with getting the wrong item or charged for something we didn't receive. Pickup speed varies day to day, but generally pretty quick. Inside the store things are packed tight - one stipulation of building here was that the store is a smaller layout than many others, but there's a lot packed into such a small space. It's easy to navigate for the most part though, and kept clean and organized every time I stop in. This store has grown on me, and is certainly one of the better Walmarts I've been in!

It's impressive how awful this location is, consistently, while managing to stay open…read more The staff is friendly but either utterly incompetent or extremely understaffed (and the 15 minute hold times EVERY TIME I call says it's more likely understaffed) and the pharmacy manager either does not care about running a solid pharmacy that prioritizes patient health which I sincerely doubt, or corporate needs to give them more staffers to keep up with the demand. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get to a phone call on hold. It shouldn't take 3-4 business days to refill two damn prescriptions when the medication's in stock. I've never been to a pharmacy that outright refuses to do same day prescription refills before this one. I've never been to a pharmacy where I cannot speak to the pharmacist, at all, to complain about the quality of service. Other Walgreens stores in the area, as well as competitors, tell people to avoid this store for the safety of their health, that should tell you something! Unfortunately, the CVS down the road is just as bad!
